I prefer Blink because of the flashback and I feel there are fewer ways to abuse blink effects in Pauper, but one application that I didn't notice until I reread the card is that you get the creature back whether or not you own it. The only relevance here is with Ray of Command, but I don't think that interaction is enough to justify playing it.
2 – Borderline: Rites of Initiation: This card has a lot of raw power, but it just doesn't work out often enough to really justify it in power level. It's been in some pretty sweet brews, like UR with Deep Analysis and RG with the Wayfinders and such, but while it is very cool to play this for 5 cards and just win right there, it's much too swingy for my tastes. Plus, it's on the lower end of the power level scale as well sadly.
This really surprises me. Literally every time it has been cast in a draft, it has been a complete blow out and has won the game, often generating an extra 6-12 damage. In some cases, I feel it might be too good as it lets the hyper aggressive decks win out of nowhere as early as turn 4ish. Has it really been that poor for everyone else?

I'll take Snuff Out.
