Ninja, can you explain why Kiwi has a 9.69 and not in your top 3?
Because despite the fact that he put such valiant efforts into creating such a marvelous card, he neglected to remember the rule that states "You must actually post your card," and thus was not eligible for the top 3.

MagicProfessor28: Nice effect. Fits the 3-color set nicely. "Blessing," however, has a more happy, lively connotation, IMO. Perhaps "Odin's Favor" would have been a better name. Also, it should technically say "...for each attacking creature he or she controls." Overall, though, I love it. 9.75/10

1T4: Look at Treva's Charm (which shows you the cost should be written GWU, BTW). For GWU, you have something that costs W,* something that costs 2W,** and something that costs just shy of U. But you must choose 1. Your card gives 3 similarly powered abilities, and you get all 3. Making it sorcery speed is not enough to make that okay. Nice synergy between the blue and green abilities, but the "Gain 3 life" is out of place (and should say "You gain 3 life"). 7.5/10
    * I know Demystify is white. But look at Elvish Hexhunter, and you'll see that this is equally as okay for green as it is for white.
** I know this is an Unhinged card. But look at other cards, such as Second Thoughts and Devouring Light, and you'll see that AWOL has an appropriate cost.

Twilight Kiwi: Very interesting card. Slightly overpowered, but the ability is rather creative. I'd probably raise the cost by W. 9.69/10

WUPBRGSpellsPlanarChaos: This card feels like it should be RWU, because of cards like Decree of Annihilation and whatnot. I like the effect, though just GWU should be fine for the cost, since they get their stuff back on their untap step. AND WHY A PICTURE OF A CAT?!?!? 8.6/10

Blacker Lotus: Where's the blue in this card? This card could be monoblack, because of Eradicate and Skeletal Scrying. White makes sense, a la Unmake, but isn't necessary. I think the two abilities have nothing to do with one another, and the second one doesn't even feel like a ban. Also, every time you create a card with no flavor text, God stabs a cancerous puppy. With a pitchfork. 6.5/10

solesticio: Very nice. Although it doesn't need blue, as every color gets cantrips. Also, it seems odd that a card that is more white, black, and blue would simply ignore its black and blue creatures and simply protect the white ones. 8.75/10

Krey: Wow. Turn 4 (or 3, if I played a Birds of Paradise): I draw three cards, and untap 3 lands, essentially playing Concentrate for 1 mana. Add in the option to gain life if I am horrendously desperate, and that's broken. 4/10

MeatballWarrior: This card is the wrong colors. This should be either monoblack or black-red, as black has Syphon Soul and Douse in Gloom, and red has more direct damage. There's not really any white in here, and no green whatsoever. And it needs flavor text. 7/10

seratonin: Interesting effect, although it would be annoying keeping track of which creatures were in play when you played this spell, as only those creatures will have shadow. Neat card, though. 8.7/10

    menma: "...target permanent card...." 9.8/10
    1st: menma [9.8]
    2nd: MagicProfessor28 [9.75]
    3rd: solestico [8.75]

The biggest issue I have it with though is the fact the second ability could read WRB: ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player and still have the same functionality.
No it wouldn't. Creature's with -1/-1 counters can't be dealt damage (as per his 2nd ability), but they can have additional -1/-1 counters placed on them.
    Quote from Krey
The only problems I see is the creature type Giant, since he is not a giant.
Actually, he is the son of Odin and the giantess Jörd. So he is half god, half giant. Since god isn't really a creature type, but giant is, I went ahead and used the only one of the types that existed under the current rules and made him a Giant Warrior.

My grades will be up later.

Bonus: 2/2 - 1 point for each criteria, just like normal. As before, cards that do not meet the round criteria may not earn bonus points.
Balance: 10/10 - Judge how the card is balanced; its power level, and whether or not it could make or break a format, i.e. just like it was before.
Flavour: 5/5 - Just like it was before but now also incorporates the flavor contribution of render art choice.
Creativity: 4/4 - Just like it was before.
Quality: 4/4 - Now includes proper use of mana symbols and miscellaneous render issues (such as microtext, art that is clearly not the quality level seen on Magic cards, etc.). Failing to meet the round criteria, or poorly meeting it in the case of a subjective criteria, can earn deductions here.
    Make a mono-colored card.
    L
    ist of forbidden words:
    W: Prevent, End
    U: Spell, Permanent
    B: Graveyard, Lose
    R: Damage, Attack
    G: Search, Draw
The word may not appear as itself, with a prefix, suffix, or both. (Example: If the forbidden word is "card", you can't use "card", "CARDboard", "disCARD" or "keyCARDs"... which is why "card" is not a forbidden word.)

Shadowmoor antics aside, Goblin decks rarely, if ever, play green. So most of the time, this will give you 3 3/3s the first time you play it. A bit overcosted, I think. The tokens get bigger next time you play the spell, too. However, if you manage to make a deck with other Goblins (by splashing red or finding good green goblins), the tokens get strangely bigger, and thus the spell even more powerful. Overall, it's pretty good, though a tad on the strong side.
    Flavor: 3/5
I like the art. Not sure how Spriggan Runts get stronger when they're surrounded by more runts, though. These random little runts don't seem like they'd start out as 3/3 or stronger. And the comical flavor text makes it seem as if they'd be nuisances, rather than giant strong-as-elephant threats. Perhaps a creature type other than Goblin would have been better....
    Creativity: 2/4
Pretty cool. Like a bigger variation on Sound the Call.
    Quality: 2.5/4
-Must be "Tribal Sorcery — Goblin"
-Text card just says "Sorcery", while render says "Sorcery — Goblin"
-Should be "...with“This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Goblins you control.” "
-Just a nitpick: a long dash is used to attribute quotes in flavor text. In MSE, -- will automatically convert to — (or just press Alt+0151) No points off for this, it just bothers me.
    TOTAL: 17.5/25
    CARD

    Bonus: 2/2
    Balance: 9/10

Well, turn 2, it's just an Innocent Blood, so that's okay. It gets better later on, since you can control which creature of theirs dies, but this advantage is offset by the fact that it can't hit black or indestructible creatures, and it can't go turn 1.
    Flavor: 4.5/5
Nice flavor. One thing: motivations behind murder-suicides are rarely ever black. They're most often white (kill for religious reasons or kamikaze) or red (kill you in a fit of emotions, then kill myself once I realize what I did). However, this is offset because the flavor focuses on the death rather than the killing
    Creativity: 2/4
Dark Banishing mixed with Innocent Blood.
    Quality: 3.75/4
I like how the card is both card number 1/1 and 1/5.
    TOTAL: 21.25/25
    CARD

    Bonus: 2/2
    Balance: 4/10

Great in a deck full of legends.... But seriously, I doubt this would ever see play.
    Flavor: 1.5/5
So gaining life off of legendary creatures is keeping the peace? In Magic, Peacekeepers tend to keep peace by actually stopping war. Also, the flavor text doesn't explain how you gain life from seeing legends.
    Creativity: 2.5/4
Neat variation on an Essence Warden effect.
    Quality: 2.5/4
    -"...comes into play, you may...."
    -
"No matter how strong you are, if you are one of a kind, I'm glad to meet you."
-The text card doesn't have the flavor text as being a quote, but the render does.
-Please, download Magic Set Editor. I can't stand how MWS looks. No points off for this, but I strongly urge you to do this. You'll be glad you did.
    TOTAL: 12.5/25

    Bonus: 2/2

Like Terror, but rather than only hitting nonblack, nonartifact creatures, it can only hit guys being targetted. I'd say that the restriction on your card is a bit more severe than that of Terror. You'd probably be fine with a cost of B.
    Flavor: 3/5
I'd probably have the flavor text explain how being targetted somehow make you more susceptible to death.
    Creativity: 4/4
I really like this. I've not seen anything like it before. So simple, yet unique. Good job.
    Quality: 4/4
    No complaints here.
    TOTAL: 21.5/25

    Bonus: 2/2

Without suspend, you have a 3/2 for 1BB. That's fair. With suspend, you have 4/3 with shadow and haste on turn 5. I'd say that's a tad over the curve.
    Flavor: 4/5
The flavor text would be perfect if rather than suspend, the card had something that had more to do with reanimation. As is, it's a cool quote. Nice picture, too.
    Creativity: 1.5/4
    Not very original.
    Quality: 3/4
    -"...and has shadow if you...."
-No card name in the text card.
    TOTAL: 16.5/25

Unblockable first couple of turns, almost untargetable later on. Nifty little 1/1.
    Flavor: 3.25/5
So things bigger than gnomes can't target it? I know a crazy centaur would love to shoot a puppy.
    Creativity: 2.5/4
    The abilities are nifty.
