No, I don't think so. Just using magic of two different colors alone doesn't make you a member of a guild. The kind of rule they have here (guild = multicolored, guildless = monocolored) is most likely just there to avoid confusion.

I think TrollmenX was referring to the two "suns" on the giant and the iron ball, as they seem to represent the Orzhov guild symbol. They don't, however. The red sun with "wavy" rays is a symbol of the Boros. Orzhov usually has a "dark" sun with straight rays.
