Ok I wish they would start doing the spoiler in 2 weeks. I`m dying to see Orzhov, and Izzit cards. I`ll play either one, whichever I get my hands on first. Simic maybe. But highly doubtful. Hopefully the most evil mechanic Dredge won't come back in Golgari. We all know there will be chaos when that happens

Lilliana just plain sucks compared to its recently released counterpart Lilliana Of The Veil

Hey my question is I am designing a set and I want to bring up card mechanics, set story line, and amazing combo cards and cards that stand on their own. I would like to make this an actual set. Would I need to bring the idea up with Mark Rosewater and if so what is his e-mail so I can tell him my idea.

Sure, we don't have anything like Survival, Recurring Nightmare, Academy, or any other OMGWTF cards, but we did get Jace 2.0. :p

This is my peeve. When the best tactic is to get a really big creature out. Take the Eldazi for example. My friend has two very good eldrazi. Emracrul and pawn of Ulomong. (excuse my spelling) Their mana cost is reasonable. Then quicksilver amulent comes out on the field. The very next turn he brings out emracrul. Then brightsteel. Then pawn of Ulomong. My brother who has been playing magic for god knows how long loses to that deck even though that deck is a TOURNAMENT WINNING DECK. So what is pissing me off is that the only reason me and my brother lose to him is because cards that my friend is using are screwing you over when they are brought onto the field. So yes the ridiculousness for card power and abilities is rising. And I do agree that non creature spells are losing their effectiveness, but there is still the matter of those few artifacts or sorceries or insants that change the game by coming on the field. This has made me avoid blue/black and convert to red/green to destroy land and artifacts so the big creatures dont get onto the field. So at this time the best thing to do is GET RID OF LANDS it keeps the stronger cards at bay while you bring out a few creatures after destoying land that turn
