Looks awesome. I'm glad that the Orb agrees with these, about time for some new confirmed cards.
All three cards look promising to me. A W/B/u casual Control deck could really have some fun with Angel of Despair + Followed Footsteps - the Angel has got to be the best comes-into-play creature yet, albeit the high but playable cost.
Shattering Spree looks impressive: it's definitely a sideboard card in Extended against Affinity.
Electrolyze is very impressive. Take Shock, add 1 for the target versatility, and U for the instant-speed draw. It'd find its way into any counterburn deck. At two mana it would have caned when combined with Izzet Guildmage.
The one hit from "without" on the Orb is most likely in some flavor text somewhere. It's still my belief that the Guildland has an ability along these lines, since all the Guildlands so far have had abilities directly relating their Guild's main focus:
So it would seem to me that the Izzet Guildland would have an ability that either copies spells or does something tricky with spells (such as the alleged mechanic).
Isn't anyone other than me wondering why the Orb of Insight can't find Borborgymos, or any other spelling variations (to an extent)? Are you sure that's his name? At least there's one hit for Cyclops...
My first post ever...Xander-Style Banner would be great, thanks.
Von Kriplespac: Guild Name: Tediz Command Watermark: Orzhov Border Color: Black Card Name: Von Kriplespac, Tediz General Cost: (B) Left Quote: Spear of steel, core of shadow. Centre Art: Hand of Cruelty (Saviors) Right Art: Darkblast (Ravnica)
Unless you want to draw a card.
Someone get R_E or Seds to get these cards on the spoiler, if they're "confirmed" enough. Just ask the Orb.
"without" = 0
"were" = 0
"shuffle" = 0
That eliminates most variations on the card's effect.
"removed" = 1
"reveal" = 1
This leaves only very few possibilies if that ability is along these lines rather than being a copy ability as I suspect.

Duskmantle - Milling
Vitu-Ghazi - Tokens
Svogthos - Graveyard/Animation
Sunhome - Abilities/Power
Orzhova - Lifedrain/Lifegain
Skarrg - Pump/Trample

Here's my edited version of the original full Italian photo, showing all identified, partly-identified or otherwise interesting cards.

The Izzet Red/Blue Guildmana Rare caught my attention, and is obviously a creature. Interesting - no Master Warcraft type control spells.
