Remember the rancored_elf incident? If the site truly wanted to err on the side of caution it would delete any posts of cards which haven't been officially spoiled from the Rumor Mill.
MTGS staff is more afraid of legal recourse from SCG than WOTC.
If they reprint anything from the reserve list expect hordes of speculators to run around like chickens with their heads cut off exclaiming the end of the world.
Which is fine with me, lands are the biggest barrier to entry in legacy anyway.
Seriously!?!?!? How much did THAT thing cost them? Bolas better be the bad guy of every set for the next 10 years if WotC is going to spend their marketing money on booth props like that rather then send players MPR cards.
Lol. You should've seen the larger than life Jace statue at PAX Prime last year, that thing was sweet.
OT: I hope they mention if there will be promos for duels13 like there were for previous games.
513.2. Second, the active player gets priority. Players may cast spells and activate abilities.
You can cast spells on the end step, by saying go, what you're really doing is passing priority to the non-active player. Letting them mill you, cast end of turn instants, activate abilities etc.
The only reason you cant flash back your lingering souls is because it's a sorcery
yes. you can respond to the triggered ability of gaea's blessing by activating shelldock isle.
oath of druids you reveal the cards and then put them all into your graveyard at the same time. when that happens gaea's blessings trigger goes on the stack, players can respond.
Midnight Haunting modifies the rules of the game, and doesn't grant the token an ability. This restriction isn't removed by Turn to Frog's effect. [CR 112.9; 509.1b; 611.1]
The problem with that is that it is a non binding internal decision from the company, pretty sure they have printed things they said they would never print again. And who is to stop them from making arbitrary decisions like what to print and for what reasons. Trust me they are a company, if they think they can make money off of it and it is the good of the company it will be reprinted list or no. If the company ever tanked and they needed money i would bet you would see dual lands and power nine again. So just take those lists with a grain of salt.
A previous version of this policy allowed premium versions of cards on the reserved list to be printed. Starting in 2011, no cards on the reserved list will be printed in either premium or non-premium form.

Good point.
stonehorn dignitary.
Exiled is a seperate zone called the exile zone, renamed from the removed from game zone. totally different than the graveyard.
Which is fine with me, lands are the biggest barrier to entry in legacy anyway.
10/4/2004 You do your normal draw before this ability is put on the stack.

So you would draw 3 then put all those cards under your library and draw however many you put under your library.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people would quit magic if they reprinted anything on the reserve list.
