She looks down on her sloppily written list of supplies and heads out keeping a lookout for a brand new sickle, some provisions and maybe some new robes if she's lucky.

    Your Nephilim has a cool ability, though all of it feels a bit white.
    At 5 mana the steed is allright though i still feel that permanent lockdown of everything is a bit lame at times.
    Like this giant, forces you to play a bit gung-ho but at a very goop poer/cost ratio.
    The chalice is simple and elegant, but probably a bit too good

    Pretty cool Nephilim, not giving haste to the stolen creature makes this balanced.
    Dreams is a very basic card, I'm also not liking it being rare.
    Bound by law reminds me of arrest with a twist. I kinda like it.
    The Swallower should be 0/0 I imagine. Other than that its a pretty cool card.

    For you Nephilim I find that effects of these kind are tricky because sometimes they get forgotten by players. Other than that its a cool card.
    You!r Matador has pretty cool flavour thats represented well with the mechanics, my favourite card of the round.
    Savage Moment is pretty cool, though it seems like the kind of thing blue would do normally.
    Jungle Alert is cool, adding an extra dimension to the game.

    Top 8

    Mindsnuff Specter - wow, cool ability that fits perfectly in the used colours. Might need 'non-land' clause.
    Firemane's Nightwatch - I like the mechanic, though the cantrip feels tacked on.
    Sagittar's Ambush - not sure why this is a hybrid, other than that, simple removal.

    Cyvlok Parricide - An interesting card, that sadly will do nothing most of the times. The only good use I can think of is discarding lands to kill tokens? Also, what's a human horror?
    Exotic Pheromones - Intersting card, though I would have liked to have seen a mana cost restriction here.
    Obliteration Barrage - Cool twist on the combat removal, I like it.

    Lethapede - I'm not a big fan of indestructible. Other than that its solid enough, though not very exciting.
    Azorius Lawbringer - This card is very underwhelming, I see the flavour but at best it'll gain you like 3 life a turn.
    Down the Manhole - I feel the wording is a bit off here. Other than that, its good removal with a nice enough twist.

    Pristine Pillar - I like the card though maybe a tad bland. I'm not really seeing why he's blue though.
    Mind Drill - Pretty cool, deffinetly a new twist on discard, and one that matches the red addition.
    Death Bloom - Cool card, I could maybe see this cost one less mana. Otherwise cool mental image that matches the mechanics perfectly.

    Trumpeting Marephant - Interesting, your ability creates an interzsting situation with evolve. I do feel that Evolve is a new enought mechanic, and therefore require reminder text.
    Wojek Patrol - Unsure where the red comes in, otherwise decent enough card?
    Paindancer - so its repeated removal that slowly burns you out. I like it.

    Riot Demon - Not super interesting, but solid and well put together.
    Speaker's Visions - Good mix of green and blue, but nothing too exciting.
    Swarm's Verdict - Solid removal, very bland though.

    Izzet Electromage - I like it, hybrid definitely works here.
    Constant Surveillance - Solid but not spectacular.
    Orzhov Punisher - I like the first ability, not too crazy about the tacked on extort though, especially on an assassin. Also, Extort is a new enough that it needs reminder text.

    It does a lot of things for not that much of a mana investment, id put it on the a little too powerful list.

    Return all permanents to their owner’s hands. Starting with you, each player may put a creature from his or her hand onto the battlefield. Repeat this process until no one puts a card onto the battlefield.

    Target creature you control gets +5/+5 and gains trample and lifelink until end of turn. You may have that creature fight target creature you don’t control.
    Romp first, good thing it costs so much because it would devastate a lot of decks with the creature only tag. Stomp on the other hand seems fairly balanced. All together though its two cool spells, maybe a tad wordy for a split card though.

    Karmic Punishment BGW
    Instant (R)
    Destroy target creature attacking you or attacking a planeswalker you control. Put an X/X green Ooze creature token onto the battlefield, where X is that creature's power.
    I like this card, its simple, elegant and balanced imo.

    Draconian Apprehension 3UU
    Instant (Rare)
    Counter target spell.
    If white mana is spent in this way and an artifact or creature spell is countered this way, put that card onto the battlefield under your control instead of into its owner's graveyard.
    If black mana is spent in this way and the spell is countered in this way, search the spell's owner's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the countered spell's name and exile them. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
    "Is that all you've got?"
    Wording is a bit off, look at Induce Paranoia for a similar example. I also don't get how putting stuff into play is white. Other than that its a fine enough card.

    Exile target creature card from a graveyard. Target land becomes a copy of that card until end of turn. It's still a land.
    "New life seeped into the land. Unnatural, undead life."
    This feels more uncommon than rare to me. Ths fact that its an instant makes it powerful but not unbalanced and its fdefinitely a neat effect.

    I love what you're doing here, although I don't understand why the green side only hits non-flying, since killing flyers is very green.

    Good going with the restrictive mana costs, for some powerful effects, but I'm not sure that it is enough to balance them completely. Other than that, very cool effects.
