Cursemarked Bloodwitch3B
Creature - Human Shaman (R)
Whenever Cursemarked Bloodwitch attacks, you may pay X life. If you do, search your library for a Curse card with converted mana cost X or less and put it onto the battlefield attached to defending player, then shuffle your library. "What a horrible night to have a curse."
4/3
This seems to be standard to most decks, 52 cards main leaving 8 flexi-slots of which 6-7 will be lands and 1-2 other creatures and 10 sideboard leaving 5 flexi-slots. Mana base and rest of the sideboard will depend entirely on if/what you're splashing.
Bravelion83, my MCC card refers to tribes in the traditional English usage, not the Magic "tribal" usage. I understand it's a loaded term in Magic but so is just about every other word for a group of people. I also considered other words such as "families" and "nations" but none of those words felt like they fit on a GR card. I settled on "tribes" because many races in Magic, such as the elves of Zendikar, are divided into tribes. It's something that may have been clearer on a finished card with artwork.
I've been playing my list with 2 Dryad Arbors, can get them with fetches and, in a pinch, Collected Company. Still testing to see if they're worth the inherent awkwardness of lands with summoning sickness, though

Sorcery (R)
Shuffle your library, then exile the top card and the bottom card. If both of the exiled cards are creature cards that share a creature type, put both of them onto the battlefield. "Though we are of different worlds, in battle we are brothers."
Yeah my card was supposed to say "until end of turn", card design punt. -_- Oh well the card was a mess even without forgetting lines of text.
Judgery RaikouRider - A perfectly serviceable card but not especially excited. Feels overcosted for a rare, could probably get away with being an uncommon.
IcariiFA - I'm....not sure what to make of this card, everything on here seems to be completely at random. It doesn't really work offensively because the bushido won't trigger unless you cast it before blocks so the only real use is as a reverse overrun.
Jimmy Groove - I like this card a lot, it exudes a flavor of desperation. I'm not sure why it gives vigilance, I understand mechanically that it lets you set up in the best possible position before the wrath hits but it feels out of place with the feel of the card.
bravelion83 - This is a solid card, cost is nicely balanced with the effect, just really well designed, I could see this card being printed as it is (maybe not the flavor text).
willows - This is really cute. I'm not sure it's mono green and it's almost definitely overcosted but I love the idea and the flavor.
TacticalCelebrant - I liked this card better before you added on the proliferate, honestly, it feels tacked on. I don't have much else to say, the card is fine, I just liked it better before.

Bloodpit of Ruin3BRR
Enchantment (R)
Devour 1 (As this enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This enters the battlefield with that many +1/+1 counters on it.)
Whenever a +1/+1 counter is put onto a creature you control, that creature gains first strike, deathtouch and haste and attacks this turn if able. 2G: Move a +1/+1 counter from Bloodpit of Ruin onto target creature you control.
FreshMeat: Venomous Roach - Did you intend this to be immune to destruction effects, or just small packets of damage? Because if it's the latter, you need a new template.
The former, because as we know roaches can survive nuclear bombs and wraths, the only thing that kills them is excessive force or fire! Template was based on Ogre Enforcer and if I wanted the latter I would've kept the clause of lethal damage in.
NOW JUDGING
Due to silence_dais not posting a card, I went through to IcariiFA, but it didn't effect my top 3 so feel free to disregard his judging if necessary.
Mix Master Mikaeus - Ah the Aetherling clause. Nothing particularly new or exciting but works as advertised and proven annoying to deal with. Works ok in monoW but I feel like it would've worked better being UW.
Figurative - I really dislike this for a number of reasons, notably not being a remotely blue card, let alone triple blue, and being a nonartifact golem (and a warrior? Why?). In addition to all this the cost is unreasonably and unnecessarily restrictive.
PsyOp - Cute, thought I think being an unkillable zombie goes a step past "pest". My biggest criticism is being an uncommon for unconditional replayability, an ability that's normally conditional at rare or mythic, and that it shouldn't be able to block.
bravelion83 - Not terribly exciting, a logical extension of bestow. I don't think this card would be printed as is, the bestow cost would be higher. I'm also not sure how hard it is to deal with, does it retain its own hexproof as an aura?
willows - I can see what you were going for but you're right that this isn't the wording. It's an interesting take, tying it to cycling gives it a build around feeling. I'd definitely be interested to see the Limited environment for a card like this.
IcariiFA - I don't think this works as written, shouldn't it be "...cards with converted mana cost..."? It's also way too powerful for an uncommon. I like the idea but I think this execution was flawed.

Artifact (R) 2, exile two equipment cards from your graveyard: Put a colorless Equipment artifact token onto the battlefield, it has equip 2 and your choice of one of the following:
- "Equipped creature gets +2/+1."
- "Equipped creature has first strike and trample." or
- "Equipped creature has "1, T: Deal 1 damage to target creature or player.""
IIW: "Shuffle your library, then reveal the top card..."

Sorcery (M)
Until end of turn, you may cast nonland cards from your hand without paying their mana cost.
Until end of turn, whenever you cast a spell any opponent may pay 3 life. If an opponent does, counter that spell.

Creature - Insect (U)
Deathtouch
Venomous Roach can't be destroyed unless it's dealt 3 or more damage by a single source. "I don't care if you have to bring the whole tunnel down, just kill them!"

1/1
Would've been more surprised if I did make it through to be honest, I just pulled a card I liked out of some old designs that fit the criteria and after the deadline passed it occurred to me that the card was extremely boring and unoriginal
Gravity Magnet3
Artifact (R)
Tapped permanents lose all activated and triggered abilities. 2, t: Tap target nonland permanent.
I like this card, it explores an interesting space that hasn't been done before. My biggest issue is that I don't think the wording works in the current rules, wouldn't it need to be something awkward like "Abilities of tapped permanents can't be activated and don't trigger."?
Contari's Mint4
Artifact (R) t: Put a colorless artifact token named Silver onto the battlefield. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add 1 to your mana pool." 1, t: Put a colorless artifact token named Gold onto the battlefield. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
This seems really powerful, being able to just put this down and start stockpiling mana, I can draw comparisons to Coalition Relic. I don't think it's TOO pushed but it's really close, this would be an instant EDH staple.
Neuron Jacker4
Artifact-- Equipment [R]
Living weapon 5, Sacrifice equipped creature: Attach Neuron Jacker to target creature you don't control, then gain control of that creature for as long as Neuron Jacker is equipped to that creature.
Equipped creature gets +2/+2.
Equip 5
I feel like the ability needs to be more conditional, 5 mana to take the best creature on the board AND pump it up AND be able to kill it and trade up? That's insane. In comparison, the normal equip cost seems too high for the effect.
Guildmight Spire3
Artifact (r)
When Guildmight Spire enters the battlefield, choose two colors.
Each creature you control that's both of the chosen colors gets +2/+2. 2, t: target creature that's one of the chosen colors becomes the other chosen color in addition to it's other colors ontil end of turn.
Feels more like an enchantment than an artifact, if you took out the tap on the ability and increased the cost to compensate it would be. It's also kind of awkward to keep track of and I don't like such a powerful anthem effect being available to all colors (which comes back to "this should be an enchantment").
Ugin's Diadem4
Legendary Artifact {M} 8, T: Exile target nonland permanent or spell. 8, T: You may cast a card exiled with Ugin's Diadem without paying its mana cost.
This definitely feels like a mythic, in that it's a big splashy effect that's prohibitively costed to the verge of unplayable. It would only see any play in EDH and even then I think very few decks would actually be interested in it.
Rock of Return3
Artifact (U)
Sacrifice an artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
I mean, it does what it says on the box. It's not a particularly interesting effect but it's a good enough card that would be amazing in the right deck and at the very least it's a 3 mana Lotus Petal.
Vessel of Tainted Oil2
Artifact (R)
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices an artifact. 3: Target creature becomes an artifact in addition to its other types. "The process is flawed, more test subjects are needed."
