Apologies if this has been answered, I looked but couldn't make clear sense of a ruling from anything the archives. I am wondering after bloodbraid elf is cast, if the creature that results triggers animars etb counter ability or not?
First I'd like to apologize if I am reposting this. I posted it on the original mtgsalvation site and I'm not sure if that and this sites forums link but I didn't see my thread anywhere so I'm posting this.
Here is the list. I tried to make a very fast competitive Prossh list and I'm looking for critiques.
Personally I think your best bet is Grave Titan you will get at least one use from his ability when he enters and then you can either pod it or keep it around for his ability. To me he seems like a balanced mix, best of both worlds between an etb creature like Broodmate Dragon and a value overtime/setup creature like Deathbringer Thoctar or Dragon Broodmother.
Opted to drop Reforge the Soul because when I've played the deck I've yet to run in to a situation where it has been better to try and hit it than to try to set up a repeatable draw engine like Fecundity or Necropotence. Also as you pointed out I frequently found myself blowing a turn to cast it, giving my opponents a full turn with a new hand before I really benefited from it. And of course several of the decks in my meta utilize the yard extremely efficiently and I certainly don't want to give them help setting up their grave.
Thanks for the response. I definitely see the reasoning behind all your suggestions. Abrupt Decay, Life's Finale, Ground Seal, and Oracle of Mul Daya are all out now. I opted to keep Anger because It's been huge so far but if I'll keep it in mind and see how it performs in future games. I also opted to keep Tormod's Crypt because my local meta is silly with decks that use the grave. To replace Anger and Tormod's Crypt on the chopping block I went with Beacon of Unrest because it felt like I was attempting to force unnecessary recursion into a combo deck and I'm not sure what my final cut will be.
I posted a Prossh list a while ago but didn't get any responses, since then I've changed the list up. I tried to lower the curve a bit and add more answers, particularly grave hate. Unfortunately the new list is at 106 cards so I need to cut 6 cards. My problem is I've been looking over the list for so long that every card seems important, perhaps overly so and now I need a fresh pair of eyes to take a look.
I really appreciate suggestions for cuts or adds if I am missing anything crucial. Thanks!
Edit: I ran a pretty competitive prime speaker deck for a while and one of it's most effective game plans was to stick Deadeye and Palinchron, make infinite mana and draw deck with prime speaker zegana and then win with infinite capsize or infinitely bounced avenger of zendikar or infinitely bounced craterhoof behemoth or all three.
I was recently told that when some one plays an oracle of Mul daya, they can't play the 2nd land for turn on the first turn that oracle is in play. So you couldn't play oracle and then play a second land that turn. I was under the impression that you could still play the second land on the turn but you just couldn't bounce oracle replay her and then play a third land? How does this work?

I know that if you Cascade in to Chord of Calling, the x cost is 0. However, can you still use convoke on the Chord of calling with your creatures in play or is that considered to be nullified in the same way the x cost is?
How do people feel about Strionic Resonator? At first I thought I would really like it but so far I have been underwhelmed. Thoughts about it or the list in general?

So there's the list. Anything important I'm missing? Do I need more mana-sinks, token generators etc? Like I said, I really appreciate any help.
Edit: I've been considering putting in Genesis Wave but I'm not sure. Any thoughts on this?
