The greartest value comes from surprise blocker. Opponent attacks with 2/2, you play 3/3 flash and smile.
Another very valuable part of flash is pseudo-haste, you can play creature at the end of your opponent's turn and attack with it, only after 1 attack can your opponent play sorcery speed removal on it.
Hold on... opponent's turn. I cast a creature (via flash). Summoning sickness, wouldn't be able to use it anyway since it's not my turn (except to block i suppose). Comes back to me, no more summoning sickness?
Sounds kinda like Half-Haste really.
You cast the creature during opponent's end of turn and attack during yours and your opponent doesn't have a chance to cast sorcery-speed spells before you attack.
Even if you surgical extract the eldrazi, the opponent's going to shuffle the grave into library, which will make your milling twice longer. And if he has more than 1 eldrazi (hello tron), you've got big problems (the best chance is to extract one of urzalands probably).
Counter target spell.
Instead of paying "this"'s mana cost, you may have that spell's controller looks at your hand and choose a card. You discard the chosen card.

You may have each opponent search their library for a land and put it into play tapped instead of paying "this"'s mana cost.

If you're not going to bother solving it and just stop in to say it's too easy, there isn't a reason to post in the thread. Spam warning issued.
