Feb 4, 2014Elvish Sniper posted a message on Launch Giveaway! My favorite Magic Card is Survival of the Fittest. Before it was banned in legacy, I used to play it all the time - putting anger in the graveyard, getting squee, goblin nabob, and then casting a hasted fatty every turn. It's still good in EDH, but you just can't build a deck around it like you used to.Posted in: Announcements

I think it's pretty clear that the OP wants artifacts that produce tokens, so that he can copy their ability and make 2x tokens with Kurkesh.
There is one copy on magiccardmarket.eu but unfortunately they don't ship to the US. TCGplayer only has non-foils in stock. None are listed on Ebay. A quick google search turned up nothing that looked promising. I refuse to believe that there is only one copy available on the entire internet. The search continues - but I don't know where to look.
US residents especially - where do you buy your obscure foreign foils?
Thanks!
Depending on how the deck pans out, drift of phantasms might end up being the better tutor, as it can find either half of the combo, or even other 3 drops. (Or be a 0/5 if you really need it to be)
Reliquary Tower for sure, Spellbook or Kruphix, God of Horizons if you feel like you need a second effect like that.
Hunter's Insight doubles a creature that connects. Soul's Majesty is more expensive but less risky.
Recurring Insight is a monster that will often draw you 12+ cards.
Whether or not it's fun to play against depends on whether or not your group answers him before he attacks. If you're taking out an entire player's board on his first attack, it's kind of a feel bad for that player.
If your group is responsible and removes him, right away then you've got a game going.
My opponent plays a land and passes.
I play a land and cast Brainstorm. My opponent returns his land to daze it. Brainstorm is countered.
My opponent replays the land, and passes.
I play a land and cast Delver of Secrets. My opponent returns his land to daze it. I pay the 1. Delver resolves.
My opponent replays the land, and passes.
...I managed to lose that game and match.
At the very worst, it's "gain control a creature that's attacking me, and throw it at a different creature that's attacking me."
