@Iso: it was really difficult for me to follow all your points because of eloquence of both of you. And I know how as scum you are good at making someone look like scum, so I had to find my own reasons to decide who is scum.

I think you could improve on the game by giving the dead townie some sort of wincon, so that townies don't fear the lynch as much as the scum does.
And by giving the mafia a real accusation. If he smells there's one townie onto him, that sort of acts like a nightkill (if he gets more people to accuse that townie that is)

    Agreed on both counts.
I do not believe micro's take away players from bigger games and they keep giving us something to do when waiting for a big one to fill.

And I use multiposting regularly. Mostly because I'm in a different timezone than most players. I reread, post my thoughts, think some more, post some more, read again and post... Often without anyone posting inbetween because they're all asleep. And on the phone it's just waaay easier to answer quote by quote than to try to multiquote (and then lose a whole array of thoughts once in a while).

I think it's pretty amazing that both Chris and Proph managed to recover from near-lynch situations.
I still don't understand why the mylo town wrote Chris off as town to the point that he wasn't even reread 'to be sure', apart from Taredas.

I shouldn't have protected Cyan the Night I died I guess. I had realized that Chris was scum during Night.

I'm pretty proud that I managed never to hit scum with my Wisdom.

The 3 remaining scum really deserved this victory.
It was hard to not trust Pizza with all the effort he put in. I managed to scumread him a few times, but went back on it every time. I learned that gut > brains when reading him.
KoolKoal put in just enough effort. He would've been poe'd eventually, but he did well staying quiet when town was eating itself.
Kami did a great job staying under the radar too.

I wonder if things would've gone any differently if I wasn't on full vl/a when I got raised. I knew KK or Pizza had to be responsible for that Chris-killing summon. But I think by then it was already too late.

I think Megiddo has the issue correctly: we are all part of the problem we are experiencing. I know my own posts can become toxic because for some reason I started caring too much and taking things personal instead of just having fun.
Too many of us are playing like that, and I think it affects the newcomers too: they'll play like we show them how the game is played.

The forum software is bothersome, but I am not convinced that that is what causes this.
