As long as I can buy cards fast and easy for online I really dont care how the site looks. I only been back playing online for 2 months and have spent at least $3,000 on your site between both my accounts.
I was just told by a friend that Star City will be hosting events on MTGO. Has anyone else heard anything about this because I cant find any info on it. Not sure how it would work if they did.
This could not be a bug but instead be that the way the window is laid out. It does seem like you should be building your deck in the large window on top, not the small window on bottom, and if you are used to the old system of drafting where all of your cards wind up in a pile and you build your deck from there I could see how this could be confusing. It's one of the things on my list that I will be sending off to Wizards. (I suggest you do the same, but be sure that it was a bug and not unfamiliarity with the client.)
I am saying it is some type of bug because he only put 3 lands in his sideboard but when the game start half his deck was now lands and his side board cards where in his main deck. The cards he wanted to play were now in the side board with 3 lands in it. Like some how it just talk his main deck with out the lands and his side board with out the lands and switched them.
I wasnt there when it happend so this is just what he is saying to me what happen. All I know is that he was pretty mad and has filled out the paper work to get a refund.
Well, if we did this, what's everyone's name on MTGO? I (Or anyone else who wants to) can make it, and work off that.

Not sure if this happend to anyone else yet but...
My friend was doing a draft last night. The draft went well then he started building his deck. After he was done and the first round started he had a all land hand. He went to 6 and had 5 lands and a card that wasnt even in his main deck. He went to side board and realized that some how his side board and his deck were switched.
I told him to do a complaint to try and get his money back.
Seems like the new client still has a lot of bugs.
The big thing for me right now is the sound effects. Everything sounds the same and playing to the sound over the years help the game go faster for me. I guess its not a big issue but I dont like it.
Also when searching the deck for a land it lags when it comes up and also the way you search now sucks. I miss when a big screen came up and everything was in order. You could see what you still had in your deck pretty fast and also find what you were looking for. I play one red land in the deck to search for and it takes more time now to scroll through to find it.
Making so many mistakes while playing on the new client but I guess I have to learn it. But after years of playing V3 and learning that it sucks playing the same game but learning all over again. I am not a fan of it.
The way I see it no matter how much we all complain they will still do what they want to do because they know that we will still play it.
As much as it sucked driving a hour to play paper magic and no one being at the store do to a bigger pay out some where else that day sucks, I might just go back to paper magic if things on the new client dont improve.
Very un-happy with V4. I remember when V3 came out and I had no problem switching over. I just spent 4 hours going over different things.
Building a deck or looking for cards took forever. Very slow when scrolling and loading.
Playing a game was horrible. Chat system set up was bad but can deal with something as minor as that. But targeting, the way the stack works, how small everything is (I play on a 17in laptop and it still seems very small.) I have no clue how they think this is better?
I had a easy time finding a game. I kind of deal with a tab system with a major program at work so it was to bad for me and seemed very nice. But once I got to the room and choose the game type I clicked on some games and they already had people in them. I couldn't or didn't see where it said if a game was already process.
I am going to play around with it some more but at this point there is no way I would play a tournament with it. If it stays the way it is I don't see myself playing MTGO after the force move.
Kind of trolly coming from me, but you shouldnt admit to sharing accounts, its against the tos.
Well he has an account but we keep everything on one account then move stuff over when we play in events at the same time. makes things easier then having a bunch of cards on 2 accounts. This keeps the amount of stuff we need down since we play 2 differnt types of decks and never need more then 4 copies of a card.
Ok I just found out I did get the kitchen Finks from the gunslinger event. My friend who I share an account with sold it and forgot to tell me we got it even after asking him a few times if he seen it at all when he got online.
I was think about running entreat the angels with early ramp. With turminus and Supreme Verdict to hold of till later game. Maybe running Tamiyo and Gruk.
I just started playing again and only been back a month. I like mostly control and esper just isnt doing it for me.
Like some ideas.
That thing looks pretty cool. like the D20 on it. might have to get me one.
