    No one wants to be in the crows nest whenever a fog bank rolls in.

    Team Action - Arcel (belatedly) Critiques Team Adventure!

    Before I start, I know from the list that Gerrards Mom posted that all the printed promos as of yet were Rare according to there symbol, but I am guessing that isn't something to worry about in grading this round as long as the rarity seems to be right for the card it is on.

    Balefire(*) - N/A

    Crossfyre - Hydromancy seems like a rather fun card, would infuriate the people who like to control their top deck heavily to get what they want XD

    CryoZenith - I am torn about Consume Bonds, as it doesn't really give you any card advantage in most cases, its cost will usually be saccing two islands, plus the card itself. Though on the other hand, 3 new cards could be a god send when you need it, I can see the card helping seal a game late game when you have some extra mana.

    Doombringer - Yes, Defiance is quintessential white removal, love it =)

    Ink-Treader - Oh very much fun, Nothing Ventured is very nice for red and includes possible card advantage with a possible large cost, and if you don't use it, you lose it. Very Red and much like CyroZenith's Card, could make or break the game right then and there.

    Scarbo - Jack of All Trades is very red, and the gambling mechanic as is semi-popular in Red represented vary well, it also seems to be an upgrade of an older legendary artifact card(Krark's Thumb), especially in the sense that you can stack the enchantments which works with how the game is going now, so full approval of your design.

    Legend - Keehaul seems like a very fun card, even if it is situational, I do like how you worded it though, in the light that you don't have to tap one of there artifacts. It seems a little cheap for the potential damage, especially in blue which isn't known for big damage spells or damaged based removal.

    Trabant777 - Kinslayer is a nice card... but I don't see why it is Mythic... unless you put it in a set that included at least a few creatures with the Changeling ability XD

    Grog couldn't count past three, so he made sure he never had to.

    Search your library for three cards with different names. Target opponent selects one of those cards at random, put that card in your hand and exile the other two cards. Then shuffle your library.

    Sacrifice a land: Titanic Guardsman loses defender and gains vigilance until end of turn.
    They make wonderful guards, so far as even if people successfully destroy what the giants protect, they won't get away with it.

  • posted a message on World of Pokémon v.3 Adventure Thread (Update 4/19/15 - Semifinal Pairings Post 2790)
    Derick went to get his team healed up before heading back to the lab. Dr. Reley greeted him at the Lab afterward. "Oh...you're a bit early," she said, looking surprised. "We're almost done--we're just putting it into a format that's readable by most devices. It shouldn't be more than another fifteen minutes or so."

    The time slowly passes. After fifteen minutes or so, Dr. Reley came back out with a disc in her hand. "We found out a lot of interesting and crazy things. I'll try to summarize for you. The three serpentine creatures depicted on the walls of the temple are the same ones ravaging Ageos right now. The ancients sealed them away five millenia ago, unable to befriend or totally destroy them. From what we heard on the news, Team Rocket's operation in the desert was to free them. They succeeded, though it cost the lives of all their remaining members. There is one message in particular that stood out: 'What cannot be destroyed must be bound.' I'm still not sure what it means. If these serpents are so strong that not even the ancient people could destroy them, I'm not sure what hope we even have. Supposedly, they have the strongest abilities of Pokémon of their type, and even some the world hasn't seen. The Ageos League commissioners refuse to act despite the damage inflicted on cities all over the island. I don't understand their stance--if something isn't done soon, there won't even be an Ageos League anymore."

    Derick sighs a bit, it was more info then he had before, but it wasn't much extra use, "Thank you... I wish there was a bit more," he spoke as he returned the PokeTool to his wrist, "There has got to be more research I can do, there has to be more information somewhere..." He shook his head, trying to determine where to go next, he requests being able to use a computer of there's in order to do more research into this issue.

    The fire hits the little Pokemon hard, but it keeps up fighting, not giving up that easily. Derick had a thought at this time, smiling, "King, Jump!" he said, pulling out his moon stone and throwing it.

    King jumps and catches the stone in his mouth, there is a bright flash, and he lands with a rumble and a roar, a Nidoking now in place for action, it swings a glowing purple fist at the most likely surprised Charmeleon.

    The little Pokemon backed up as the fire hit it, forcing the Nidorino back, but not stopping it. It growled, before leaping at the Fire type Pokemon, its horn glowing a strong purple as it jabbed it towards the Fire type.

    The monkey's attack strikes home, but it seems the Manky is at a type disadvantage now, as instead of being knocked away, the poison pokemon strikes back instantly.
