    Stir Memory :2mana::symw::symu:
    Instant
Until end of turn, if you would lose life, draw that many cards instead. You skip your next draw step. (Damage causes loss of life.)

Balance: Did you make this card specifically for the TurboFog deck? Because this card would make that deck tier one. It is way overpowered, on the fourth turn someone will probably be atacking you for at least five if they are playing an aggro deck, a card that said 'gain 5 life and draw four cards (since you miss your next draw)' for four mana would be obviously ridiculous but that's what this card can easily do 1/5
Flavor: I don't really see the connection between the name and the mechanic, flavor text might have made it clearer 4/10
Creativity: Not bad, it certainly hasn't been done before, but that might just be due to the difficulty of balancing it 6/10
    Total: 11/25

    Mercenary's Plea :2mana::symw::symb:
    Enchantment
Whenever you would lose life, instead target player gets that many mercy counters.
At then end of your turn, if any player has more than 40 mercy counters, he or she wins the game.
The rogue cried out for mercy, all the time, hiding his shifty ultimatums as his allies crept ever closer.

Balance: I know that you meant to change it to only let you give mercy counters to opponents so I will judge it as if it had that functionality. Essentially what this card does is gain you 40 life, I think that it is rather undercosted for the effect 3/5
Flavor: Very nice flavor, the mechanic, name and flavor text all tie together nicely 9/10
Creativity: Nice idea, a good twist on simply gaining life 8/10
    Total: 20/25

    Misery - :symb::symb::symb:
    Enchantment
If you would lose life, instead you get that many poison counters.
If you would gain life, instead target opponent gets that many poison counters.
    It loves company.

    Balance: Seems ok 5/5
Flavor: The name and mechanic don't fully mesh, but I love the understated flavor text 8/10
Creativity: Nice use of poison counters and I like the way that black has turned gaining life into another way to hurt the enemy 9/10
    Total: 22/25

    Soulbind :symb::symb::symb::symb:
    Enchantment-Aura
    Enchant Player
    Shroud
Whenever you would lose life, enchanted player looses life instead.
Whenever enchanted player loses the game, or ~ goes to the graveyard from play, you lose the game.
It is a desperate act, to rip one's soul and bind it to another, but a brutally effective one.

Balance: It's probably ok in multiplayer, but in a duel the second ability won't trigger because the game ends as soon as one player loses so it is hugely overpowered in duels 1/5
Flavor: Very nice, name and flavor text fit very well with the mechanic 10/10
    Creativity: Nice idea 9/10
    Total: 20/25

    Vitae Equilibrium :2mana::symg::symg:
    Enchantment [R]
If you would lose life, instead distribute that many -1/-1 counters on creatures you control. If you can't, sacrifice ~.
"It pains me to betray the trust of those under my protection, but without my guidance all here would surely perish." - Freyalise

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: The flavor text fits very well with the mechanic, but the mechanic really feels black to me. The flavor text does go some way towards explaining it however 7/10
Creativity: A nice use of -1/-1 counters 9/10
    Total: 21/25

    Vengeance :4mana::symb::symr:
    Creature - Elemental Incarnation
    Haste, First Strike
If you would lose life, instead put that many +1/-1 counters on Vengeance.
When Vengeance is put into a graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its owner's library.
    5/5
"Be careful of who you strike down, because vengeance could be swift or it could be malicious and evil, the kind that stabs you in the back and laugh at it." - Othiz, Priest of Celeste

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: The mechanic doesn't feel all that vengeance-y to me, but the name and flavor text mesh well 7/10
    Creativity: Nice idea 8/10
    Total: 20/25

    Vengeful Requital :4mana::symb::symb:
    Instant [R]
Until end of turn, if you would lose life, target opponent loses that much life instead.
An overwhelming remorse came over the troops of Ajani. Mayael lay dead before them, the tusk of a Woolly Thoctar through her torso.

    Balance: Seems ok 5/5
Flavor: I don't really get the flavor text, it seems like Ajani and Mayael's forces were warring, so why would Ajani's troops be sad that Mayael is dead? 6/10
Creativity: Fairly straightforward design, but the mechanic hasn't been seen before 7/10
    Total: 18/25

Grasp of the Nether - :3mana::symb::symb::symb:
    Enchantment (R)
If you would pay life, instead gain that much. Then sacrifice ~.
As long as ~ is in your graveyard, if you would gain life, instead pay that much. Then return ~ to play under your control.
Many who walk in the Nether never die. They cease to live as they once did, teetering on the brink of life and death.

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: Very nice flavor, meshes perfectly with the mechanic 10/10
Creativity: Nice idea, I like the duality of it 9/10
    Total: 24/25

    Pain Splitter :1mana::symr::symb:
    Creature-Elemental Shaman
Whenever a player loses life, het many put that many -1/-1 counters on any number of target creatures instead.
    2/2

    Balance: Seems ok 5/5
Flavor: Nice name, but could really do with some flavor text 4/10
    Creativity: Nice idea 9/10
    Total: 18/25

    Grave Risks :symb::symb:
    Enchantment
Whenever you would lose life, instead, you lose the game.
When ~ comes into play, put 5 2/2 zombie creature tokens into play.
At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy target creature.

    Balance: Seems ok 5/5
Flavor: Very nice name, but needs flavor text 5/10
Creativity: Very nice, I like the high risk/high reward idea 10/10
    Total: 20/25

@ DarkNightCavalier, that's not a replacement effect I'm afraid. The way your card is worded you put counters on creatures as well as losing life rather than instead of. A replacement effect uses 'if' rather than 'whenever'.

@ sharda: I DID have flavour text, it is in italics right after buddy. But no matter I would not have won anyway.

My bad, I have edited my judging. You are right that you would not have won, but your flavor text deserves some props.

    Cradle of the Progenitus
    Land
: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
: Add :symw::symg::symr: to your mana pool. Use this ability only if you control a creature with power 5 or greater.

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: The name is not bad but lack of flavor text hurts (sidenote: Progentius is a proper noun so you shouldn't really have that 'the' there) 6/10
Creativity: Pretty creative, while an ability like this has not been seen before, it is a fairly logical and obvious proression of the mechanic 6/10
    Total: 17/25

    Esper Laboratory
    Land ~R~
: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
:3mana:, : Add 1 mana to your mana pool for each artifact you control.

    Balance: Probably ok 5/5
Flavor: Generic name and lack of flavor text to justify it is bad, added to this, this card is actually better in a traditional artifact deck rather than one with colored artifacts so the mechanic does not line up very well either 2/10
Creativity: Tolarian Academy + Cabal Coffers not very creative 4/10
    Total: 11/25

    Akrasan Outpost
    Land R
Exalted (Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
:4mana::symw:, : Put a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token into play with exalted.

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: The name is generic and does nothing to explain why this land has exalted, would make more sense if it was some heavily populated town or castle where the inhabitants are all cheering on their champion. In fact, a sparsely populated outpost is counter-intuitive to the mechanic. Also needs flavor text 2/10
Creativity: A land with exalted is pretty obvious for a Bant-related land, the token-creating idea is interesting though 6/10
    Total: 13/25

    Feeding Grounds
    Land (R)
: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
, Sacrifice any number of creatures: Add :symb:, :symr:, or green mana to your mana pool for each creature sacrificed this way.
    It's a dog-eat-dog world in Jund. Actually, it's more like a dragon-eat-goblin world.

    Balance: Seems balanced 5/5
Flavor: Very nice, I like the name especially because it is literally ground that feeds and the flavor text made me laugh 10/10
    Creativity: Not bad 8/10
    Total: 23/25

    Vithian Throne
    Land
    ~ comes into play tapped.
:symtap:, Pay 1 life: Add black mana to your mana pool.
:symtap:, Discard a creature card: Add :symu::symb: or :symb::symr: to your mana pool.

Balance: A little weak, it should either come into play tapped or cost you life, not both 4/5
Flavor: Generic name, no flavor text, disappointing 4/10
Creativity: Pretty original, but doesn't quite wow me 8/10
    Total: 16/25

    Sun-Dappled Court
    Legendary Land
Exalted (Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
:3mana:, :symtap:: Add :symg:, :symw:, or blue mana to your mana pool for each untapped creature you control.

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: Somewhat less generic name, but needs flavor text 5/10
Creativity: Nice idea and has good synergy with exalted 9/10
    Total: 19/25

    Etherium Vault
    Land
:symtap:: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
:symtap:: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to play artifact spells.
"Power is borne on the back of innovation." - Tezzeret

    Balance: Fine 5/5
Flavor: The mechanic does not really strike me as belonging to a vault, more as a factory or perhaps the location where they do their etherium infusions, the flavor text is nice though 8/10
Creativity: 'Spend this mana only on _____ spells' has been done plenty of times but I like the fact that this is a card that could only exist on Esper due to it making colored mana but only to play artifacts 8/10
    Total: 21/25

    Grixis Ziggurat
    Legendary Land - (M)
: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
, Pay 2 life: Target creature card in your graveyard gains "Unearth :symu::symb::symr:"
Many manic howls are heard from the inside of the Ancient Ziggurat, however nothing seems to live long enough to know exactly what they are.

    Balance: Seems fine 5/5
Flavor: Generic name, but nice flavor text, it doesn't fully relate to the mechanic that I can see but it sets an excellent mood 7/10
    Creativity: Nice idea 8/10
    Total: 20/25

    Where Wild Things Roam
    Legendary Land
:symtap:: Add green mana to your mana pool.
:symtap:, Tap an untapped creature you control with power 5 or greater: Add an amount of colorless mana to your mana pool equal to the tapped creature's power.
The beasts bellow from the valley's depths, their echoing roars calling forth great behemoths. Then the valley grows deeper, the roars louder, the echoes reach further.

Balance: Seems ok since the creature gets tapped in the process 5/5
Flavor: Very nice flavor, I like the idea of bigger and bigger beasts carving out a valey with their passage 10/10
Creativity: Clever, but not an unsurprising path to take 8/10
    Total: 23/25

    Sigil Hall
    Legendary Land- Plains
    ~ comes into play tapped
:symw:, : Add :symu::symg: to your mana pool.
:1mana::symw::symu::symg:, : Creatures you control gains Exalted.
The Sigil Hall houses records of, and the actual Sigils of all the warriors of Bant. Basking in the glory of warriors past is enough to bring honor to even the darkest hearts.

    Balance: Balanced 5/5
Flavor: The flavor text is a little obtuse but I like the idea 7/10
Creativity: Cool, would go well in a token deck 8/10
    Total: 20/25

    Sanctum of the Damned
    Land
:symtap:: Add 1 mana to your mana pool.
:symtap:, sacrifice ~: Add :symu::symb::symr: to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to play Unearth abilities.
Unearth -- Pay 3 life. (Pay 3 life: Return this card from your graveyard to play. It gains haste. Remove it from the game at end of turn or if it would leave play. Unearth only as a sorcery.)

    Balance: Seems ok 5/5
Flavor: Generic name and no flavor text 4/10
Creativity: Nice idea putting unearth on a land 8/10
    Total: 17/25
