I like this Bolas more than the other one, even if it looks like a worse version of the original Planeswalker card. I'll buy the Planeswalker deck for this and the other Bolas cards it will have.
I'd prefer to have a certain amount of planeswalker cards with a specific planeswalker type instead of a copy of each version, mostly due to some cards planeswalker cards being expensive. It also allows for more deckbuilding options(Like a Nissa deck without being forced to run elves that work well with the original Nissa).
Kruphix is named Krufix in Spanish too, due to 'ph' and 'th' being weird sounds that aren't used in Spanish.
For other weird localizations, Meren got changed to Merin in Spanish, but I'm not sure why.
About the card, I love it. I wanted to make a blue deck with as many instants and flash creatures as I could and this guy lets me use any leftover mana I have each turn efficiently, while also letting me splash other colors thanks to Partner. If only he was from a plane I liked...
I think the reason Ludevic is so bad/generous is because he's with Kyanios and Tiro and since that deck was designed to be grouphug...
This. As soon as I saw that he was going to be in the group hug deck, my expectations plummeted. Turns out I was right about that, the card looks like a fun one at least.
Welcome decks, these are free 30 card monocolor decks that stores should have available for new players. These decks are very simple, but good to teach the basics.
After that, maybe move on to a deckbuilder toolkit for them to share and learn about deck building? Or go directly to the Commander precons if you think they can handle the higher complexity of these.
About duel decks, you'll need to do research on each one to know which ones are balanced or not. I think Blessed VS Cursed were balanced, but also were very boring to play due to the cursed deck often ending up with a hand full of cards you don't want to play(Those blue zombies that require you to exile stuff from the yard...) while the blessed deck simply doesn't have high impact cards(Besides a turn 1 champion of the parish)
I'd love to hear some more opinions from people who played these decks Is it true that Ob is overpowered? I'm strictly interested in them for friends of mine who are newish to the game so they have some ready-made decks to play with for starters. So I'm not concerned about deck value, but I'd be very curious to know whether the decks play well against each other and are fun.
I ended up buying them and I've played with them for a while. Any of the decks can win with a good hand, but the Ob deck has a higher amount of good and relevant cards than the Nissa one.
Nekusar, the Mindrazer?

This counts the first spell you cast in your opponent's turn too so you may want to use a bunch of instants and creatures with flash with her.

Are the decks fun and balanced? Is each deck fun to play against other decks with similar power level?
