As long as you have a reasonable wincon I don't care what you play. I voted Stax since it's usually more annoying than group hug, but both are bad in this case.
Feldon of the Third Path: The reanimator commander I wanted from C14, except it was the wrong color. I'm still interested on it, but I don't have the cards to make mono red work in EDH. Athreos, God of Passage: One of the few cards that would make me play white in EDH.
Origins Nissa: Because playing Ashaya would piss off a few players in my playgroup.
Counterspells can stop the enchantment hate. Conspiracy is the original Arcane Adaptation, and you can recover your enchantments from the grave with Codex Shredder.
Sidisi, Brood Tyrant looks weak when you first read the card, but she's one of the best ways to start filling your graveyard while also creating bodies to protect yourself or do some shenanigans with sacrifices. Also, if you play one of her enablers(Mesmeric Orb, Embalmer's Tools) you can create a huge zombie army out of nowhere.
You see how much effort Creative puts into these podcasts when they read the names of all the Hellkites of Magic and miss 4 of them, including the Utvara Hellkite that was reprinted in the Dragon deck.
What happens if you copy Jace, Vryn's Prodigy with it and use the ability? It should let you loot and return untapped to the battlefield, ignoring the transform part since it can't transform into anything, right?
Athreos, God of Passage: One of the few cards that would make me play white in EDH.
Origins Nissa: Because playing Ashaya would piss off a few players in my playgroup.
What are the pros for having Kaervek as the commander instead of the other legendaries?
Only whatever cards they play through the game.

Ouch, missed the once per turn clause. Good job preventing easy infinites, WotC.
You can't return your own stuff to your hand with this.
