Hey guys I have been trying to get this deck together, not sure if it is viable. This is what I have come up with so far. Let me know the changes you would make.

4 Urza's Power Plant
4 Urza's Mine
4 Urza's Tower
8 Swamp
2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
Hey I am playing a multiplayer game of EDH and came up to an interesting situation. IF someone plays Decree of Pain and kills 2 commanders does that player get to draw 2 cards off of their deaths since technically they never went to the graveyarD?
Mistake or deliberate, he broke the rules and gained an advantage because of it. Any other sport that would be a HUGE deal, but in MTG people are OK hand waving it away as "Oh, he was just tired?".
Hey guys, I am looking for someone who is willing to take over this thread. You have to be an active poster here. I am getting out of MTG so I don't want this thread to die. Let me know.
I never had a mat until I won the Gatecrash gameday. The shop I play at has mats already on each table. They are nice, the art is a bonus, but honestly if $20 is too much to spend, then don't. (I am not trying to be mean). Trade cards for one, etc.

I find it pretty disturbing how many people are looking for a big score by taking people with a lack of magic knowledge to the cleaners. Its even worse that people actively seek this sort of situation out then feel the need to be proud of it and brag about it afterwards.
You CAN get REALLY good deals on magic cards without throwing your moral compass into the ocean. There is a difference between getting a good deal and metaphorically punching someone in the face and taking their wallet. I understand scenarios where people buy a box without looking at whats in it and finding stuff later, or finding some nice stuff in a store box that has not been sorted.
But to find some guy who has mono dual lands-p9 collection and pay him a fraction of what one of the cards is worth is just bad. I really hope that we as the Magic community can do better then this.
I agree with you, but most people on this thread buy from flee markets or places similar to that. Where prices are already marked. Hopefully people are actively going out to rip people off intentionally.
I would go with your second statement, in all my tournament play, I have never came across a D&T deck. One of the best option though, it to not go more than 3 lands, since it turns off their destruction.
This is my deck, I have play tested probably 500+ games to get to where it is. I have won 4 local tourneys and place 16th and 19th in a couple ptqs with it.
