Coup de Gras 3G
Instant
Target creature you control deals damage to another target creature equal to its converted mana cost plus its power plus its toughness.
That is a lot of gras to be couping.
Blood of Armok 1R
Artifact - Equipment
Equip 1R
Blood of Armok can only be equipped to a red creature.
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and haste. If equipped creature is monocolored, it gets an additional +1/+1.
If Blood of Armok becomes unattached from a permanent, sacrifice that permanent.
For ease of grokking for new players, the reminder text on cascade suggests that you could just say: "...you may cast another spell that costs less..." instead of "...you may cast another spell with a lower converted mana cost...". Also saves you a little bit of space if you end up designing a card where real estate is an issue.
Bant Aerie
Land (R)

Mycosynth Orchard
Artifact Land
Leeching Orchard enters the battlefield tapped.

Loxodon Hammerguard4GW
Creature - Elephant Assassin
Whenever Loxodon Hammerguard attacks, if it has trample, you may destroy target creature with toughness less than Loxodon Hammerguard's power.

Oramus of the Healing Flame 3WR
Legendary Creature - Human Cleric Warrior
Whenever ~ attacks, red creatures you control get +2/+0 until end of turn and white creatures you control gain first strike until end of turn.
Whenever a creature you don't control would deal damage, if it isn't your turn, prevent half that damage, rounded up.

What about restricting it to cards of the same type, but having a color requirement instead of a cost requirement (and not affecting larger spells)?
So it would read:
Pulse (When you cast this spell, you may cast another spell that costs the same or less from your graveyard for 1 less as long as it shares both a type and color with this spell.)
I prefer Song of Serenity's "creatures that are enchanted" over Greater Auramancy's "enchanted creatures". For the sake of clarity, imo, the text "enchanted [creature/permanent/etc]" should only be on Aura cards.
In a similar yet opposite direction, the Guardian's Magemark cycle imo should have been worded "Enchanted creature and other creatures you control that are enchanted get +1/+1." That is actually a functional difference in the event that you want to put it on another player's creature.
Unless you want to put it on an opponent's creature just to be obnoxious, or to ensure the survival of your aura. If your opponent has an indestructible creature (let's say Darksteel Myr, because it's the least threatening of the bunch), you can slap your magemark on it, and benefit from the boost w/o worrying about powering up an opponent's creature. Since the creature can't be destroyed, you're (relatively) in the clear.
Eldritch Remnant3WB
Creature - Spirit Survivor
When Eldritch Remnant comes into play, target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
Whenever Eldritch Remnant becomes the target of the spell or ability, exile it, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control.

I do like the idea, but just wanted to ask if you considered having it reduce the colored costs of spells, maybe only of the color of the primary spell? So in a monocolored deck, you could knock out a colored spell requirement, but leave the 1 option in the event you want to play a spell of another color?
Pulse {When you cast this spell, you may cast another spell with the same converted mana cost and type from your graveyard, reduced by 1 or one mana of a color of this spell.)
Just a thought, as it makes Heartstoker Dragon much more attractive (but possibly broken).

So, not something like "The Third Delraich"?

Terrible cards as in bad for playing, or terrible cards as in "This is so not PC"?
