This card is pretty mediocre, actually. What deck are you going to put it in? First off, this has no place in dedicated milling decks. If you're going to have your deck win via milling, then you win via milling! All the good milling effects are blue, black, or colorless. You're going to add another color into your deck just to play this thing? This card does not help milling decks. It does not help you survive against aggro, (costs too much) does not help you against control, (they will just kill it as they have excess removal that they're running to kill the creatures you don't have) and does not contribute to your main path to victory. (mill the opponent)

Please stop with the "OMG I can play this and then play the UB mill-10 card and it would be uber!" What happens if you draw one and not the other? You either have an overcosted 3/3 or a card that does *NOTHING*. Also, this thing flat out sucks with discard. Discard is either played cheaply and early to disrupt the opponent, or high-cost mass discard is played later to finish the opponent. If you can summon a five mana creature, and have it survive long enough to play a card that forces your opponent to discard 3+ cards, you've already won the game, and this creature did not help you.

Now, where else could this card possibly go? An aggro deck? Even assuming that there is a viable G/B aggro deck, this thing would be absolutely awful in it. First off, to even cast it reliably, you'd have to run more lands than a typical aggro deck. Then even if you do get it into play, you either have to back it up with milling effects that are otherwise useless in your aggro deck, (further diluting your threat count) or hope your opponent uses removal spells on other creatures. No, it just doesn't work.

Well, maybe it could go into control decks? No, wait, again it costs way too damn much. Next, what synergy does this thing have with my control plan? When I'm getting beatdown by weenies, I want a removal spell in my hand, not this. When I have control and am looking to finish my opponent off, I want a creature that's resilient, not something that comes down as a 3/3, has no protective abilities, and requires me to do other stuff before it becomes useful. If I'm playing control and tap five mana on my turn, I want to be summoning Meloku or Kagemaro, not a creature that does nothing but attack and block. Control decks have no room for creatures that do nothing but attack and block.

The only use this card has is as a sideboard card against certain decks that naturally send lots of cards to the graveyard on their own. Good examples would be a dredge deck if it turns out to be good, or certain blue based decks like Gifts Ungiven or ones that use a lot of card filtering effects.
