Im pretty satisfied with the deck overall, bond to either boost my own creatures or use it to cripple one of theirs, the only thing im conflicted on atm is using honor the pure over hamlet captain, on one side i have a static pump to only my white creatures, or i can throw in another creature that pumps all of my creatures but only if i attack or block with him.
This was the main idea, the whole tokens deck with hellrider thrown in to make them even more viscous and chandra to do some goofy things copying the token making spells to put out an absurd amount of them. Not sure on the sideboard yet, any idea's for my sideboard or main board would be helpful thanks.
> Wolves or werewolves,I Dont care, they got my hopes up,and I hope to see more of both or atleast one of them.
On a Serious Note,I really hope to see more.I would like to see a legendary Werewolf,or heck A legendary wolf.I know the sets where a little disappointing, but i think the Werewolves have potential.
There might be werewolves, but i wouldn't count on it. It wouldn't make much sense to start out having werewolves that flip only to bring in werewolves that do not flip. I always thought the flipping cards were a terrible idea, so either way im happy.
Since we have seen some pretty neat U/B, W/U, R/B, R/G, W/B legends/power houses, what would be the chance that we might see some B/G, G/W or R/W cards?
The sideboard is the thing I'm having the most trouble on, my meta does tend to have alot of small creatures/delvers/tokens Which is what whipflare is there for, Traitorous Blood for Titans and if i have the Falkenrath Aristocrat on the board i can beat em with their own titan and them giggle as i sacrifice it.
but the major factor in that was pure luck, lets not be fooled. kibler plays like hes on coke...and the situation with those two whiplares agains finkel.. i mean cmon...
but anyways i played this match many times and BG destroys RG run...and after SB its not even close...it all comes down to playing red titan and whipflares vs playing black titan and doom blades...(also i play tragic slips which are nuts against wrr)...and you can ask whats better to attack with grave titan with kessig up (heloo trample + deathtouch combo) when the opponent has lets say a green titan or attack with red titan and kessig when you have primeval ...not to mention doomblading titans in response to kessig pump is priceless
and dont forget that this BG was designed to beat delver and humans...
Ya totally superior, that's why it was in the top 8...oh wait.
These were the base cards, the idea was to mana ramp with green and the Semblance Anvil to be able to cast Sorin's Vengeance, Army of the Damned very quickly. Using all sorcery based spells to imprint onto the anvil for even quicker casts. Ideally could cast army/vengeance as early as turn 5.
Any help, comments would be Helpful. Was thinking about tossing in Sorin Markov for the insta opponent life total 10 followed by vengeance.
You cast Urza's Guilt. Now you do everything in order.
Draw 2 cards.
Discard 3 cards. Megrim's ability triggers.
Lose 4 life.
The game sees that you are at 0 life and you lose the game.
Megrim's ability never get's put on the stack and therefore cannot resolve.
Ah i thought once megrim ability triggers they would have to resolve before the last ability of urzas guilt would kick in, thanks.
I think I would say the card that gives me the most nostalgia and was my favorite card back when i was a kid was Thorn Elemental, but green as a color has always been my favorite.

Anyway I'm up for any suggestions.
Its been steadily dropping since release, it will probably settle around 20$ before avacyn is released.

In mono blue? That locks down a titan or wurmcoil or something fat?
