    yeah, from those, the sphinx and wurmcoil are cards ive thought about. i like wurmcoil because it sticks around, and it was lifelink... ill think about it. as for the demon, its a nice thought, but veers away from the point of the deck. the idea is to win while doing normal things any player does, such as draw cards and play spells. thanks for the card ideas Smile

    hey everybody! this is a deck ive been working on for some time after discovering how crazy heartless summoning is with phyrexian mana symbol cards! moltensteel dragon cost 6 mana? or even 4 and 4 life? not with heartless summoning in play! now it costs only 2 and 4 life, or just 4 life if you happen to have a second HS in play. and with rage extractor it would deal 6 damage. pretty good for 2 mana... Or how do you feel about playing a phyrexian metamorph for 1 mana and 2 life? copying your rage extractor for 1 mana? ha! it has other lil goodies in it as well, which i will try to cover here.

    ...my current version doesnt run the lil dragon, though im considering it again. my current version uses card draw and psychosis crawler as a second way to apply pressure to the opponent.

    some thoughts and ideas about card choices and interactions:

    - postmortem lunge. i really think its perfect, being able to return anything to play, and dealing X damage due to rage extractor. with heartless summoning in play, you can play a myr from your graveyard, dealing 3 damage + 2 damage to a different target if you want, or 5 to target player. for 2 mana and 2 life. or bring back a solemn simulacrum for 4 mana and 2 life, deal 4 damage, fetch a land, and maybe draw a card if there is a second heartless in play. you can copy anything with it you want too, an extractor, a crawler, whatever. or bring back a snapcaster, and recast a tezzeret's gambit, or altar's reap for more card draw. love love this card in here

    - perilous myr is a no brainer. 2 damage for free with heartless summoning.

    - solemn simulacrum, fetch land, draw card. copy with metamorph, kill it with altar's reap to draw 3 cards. with 4 of him, and 4 metamorphs, along with 4 postmortem lunges, i feel like this deck will usually have a good amount of mana in play. it serves as great ramp, and as i said the card draw synergy with altar's reap is beautiful Smile

    - which brings me to the inclusion of psychosis crawler. to me, it just puts even more pressure on the opponent. play it for 3 mana with heartless summoning. then any card draw hurts them. the above mentioned simulacrum combo for instance, draws three cards, they lose 3 life, your crawler gets bigger. copy it with metamorph, and its much the same as extractor, stacking that life loss. tezz's gambit now deals 4 damage and 2 life loss if you have crawler and extractor in play (could happen :P). then recur it with snapcaster for the same effect...

    -altar's reap. lets me kill my myr or robot if i cant find an HS. it draws 2 cards, which in this deck can be the difference between life and death

    -snapcaster mage. play him, then flashback a card like tezz's gambit or postmortem lunge to deal damage with rage extractor. could maybe end the game if there are 2 extractors in play.

    red: 4
    colorless: 12
    phyrexian mana cards: 16
    instants/sorceries: 10
    artifacts: 20
    card draw: 11
    recursion: 6


    other card choices ive thought about are shimmer myr, bloodgift demon, cathedral membrane, [card]mirrorworks[/c], and more.

    also, for ramp, i love altar's reap on a solemn simulacrum, fetch a land, draw 3 cards. and viridian emissary is good for that too, play it,, altars reap it, fetch a land, then you can postmortem lunge it back into play for 3 mana (or 2 mana/2 life), dealing 3 damage to creature or player because of rage extractor. least that was my thought for green rampy version. my deck is a little different.... and i hope to post it soon! it is pretty nuts i feel Smile
