My friends and I are very excited to get back into Pauper Commander, especially with the release of all of the new Uncommon Legendary creatures! The deck I plan on designing revolves around my favorite color pair, Black/Green. After taking a look at the Commanders so far, I have deciding on giving Tormod and Halana a try.
Tormod, the Desecrator - A very unique and potentially powerful card when combined with things like Sanitarium Skeleton and other powerful recursion cards. This card provides an engine to create tokens that can be used to outright overwhelm your enemies with damage, sacrifice fodder, and chump blockers. Sounds good to me!
Halana, Kessig Ranger - When I look at Halana, I see a machine gun ready to be fired from the Command Zone. Any creature you play suddenly becomes a potential removal spell for the mere cost of 2 mana. Something like Typhoid Rats is suddenly 2B, destroy target creature, and you get a 1/1 with deathtouch. Wow.
With these Commanders at the helm, the goal is to build a very typical Black/Green deck, revolving around very tough creatures, recursion, reanimation, removal, and ramp. Below is my deck list in progress. I encourage everyone to look into the deck and offer suggestions and ideas, as well as check out Pauper EDH as a whole!
tortured existence should be in the deck. It is one of the best return cards in black in pauper and it is just stupid here.
Reaping the graves is the best mass return creatures from gy to hand card in black (it is better than death denied in practice, due to being much cheaper - note that it is an instant, so it is at least 2 for 1 in basically all siturations - play on your oppeonts turn - but will usually be much better).
I would try to lower the casting cost of cards, if I was you.

I will second both of Reaper9889's suggestions. Tortured Existence just lets you recur all your favorites and generates tons of zombies at the low cost of one black mana each. It also works wonders with cards like Grave Scrabbler and Golgari Brownscale (which you're already playing). Reaping the Graves is clutch as compared to Death Denied because each copy will net you a zombie from Tormod, whereas Death Denied will only net you one. Once you have that recursion engine in place, I'd also recommend Gempalm Polluter as a means of dealing large chunks of damage without having to attack with the zombie army you amass.
The other thing I'd recommend are ramp spell and creatures. With all the big creatures you want to play and the extra mana you'll need to support paying for the Halana trigger, ramp seems like a must. I'd recommend Far Wanderings, Kodama's Reach, Farhaven Elf, and Springbloom Druid.

I really like the deck. I'm currently working on a Tormod / Ghost of Ramirez DePietro list myself.
