The last deck is the Tinker Time precon. It's a GUR artifact tokens deck. Joining Gimbal, Gremlin Prodigy at the work tables are the two that probably brought it there: the team of Rashmi and Ragavan. Deck is here, assuming the page works already..

With that artifact name count theme, you'll need a lot of tokens. Note that each pair of tokens presented here moving forward represents 1 double-faced token.
