The UB signpost uncommon will keep coming back, one proliferate after another. You can use it as a blocker as you slowing kill your opponent with poison and proliferate value, just as the color pair is meant to do in ONE Limited. You did attack with it at the earliest possible opportunity to start the poison chain, right?
I think you can do an infinite loop with Yawgmoth, Thran physician proliferate ability With infinite black mana. (Use this as the discard but because proliferating is the effect it just comes right back.)
all you need to do is one of these before it and that’s it.

"with infinite black mana" doing a LOT of work in that sentence. That's like saying about Drain Life "this can do infinite damage and lifegain with infinite black mana."
But yeah, card seems good. Even returning once makes this more than good enough in limited.
