Some cards are just very straightforward. This one starts off as half a Wind Drake in Limited but will almost always end up much bigger.

Include a +1/+1 counter to it

afterwards

proliferate effects = +2/+2
Noncreature spells that proliferate = +3/+3
Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus + 2# = +5/+5
Vorinclex, monsterous raider + #3 + #2 = +10/+10 (throw in doubling season +20/+20)
