Our first BR signpost legend is Braids' second in command in the Cabal. He asks one simple question: how many are you willing to sacrifice to get what you want? Heck, it doesn't even have to be your own stuff.
and for the 5 creatures like I said no “you control”… that means Grave Pact and Fleshbag Marauder effects come to mind
and the merry Christmas cards is Tombstone Stairwell every endstep (so that reserve list card will spike again) then Thornbite Staff because of being a untapped and you get the freebie cost since he’s a shaman
Very nice, but I also find it strange this is uncommon.
Still dies to bolt, but with abilities like that, it should be a 1/1
Not feeling the stained-glass art on this one.
In my opinion the normal art is far superior, albeit very familiar.
Is this guy related to Judith, the Scourge Diva?

I agree, this guy could have easily been rare. I have no clue about potential Commander applications but it may be good enough to see Constructed play, any deck that can sacrifice stuff can put the free token each turn to good use, this guy curves nicely after Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia to keep your sacrifice engine going, and unlike Jadar, the free token can swing the same turn it comes into play so it can hopefully deal damage before being sacrificed for the greater evil, I mean, good if it's you getting the value.

The card is alright too I guess.
This is like 100% the wrong rarity this is rare bare none
no “Activate only as a sorcery” no “one per turn” no “you control”
Which means you can use Thousand-Year Elixir and Staff of Domination effects to tutor more than 1 card (Freed from the Real for 99 purposes)
