Since each tribe is a two color pair, this is an easy Cleave removal cycle to make, where each card restricts its target to the tribe of its two enemy colors unless it was cleaved (a green fight spell that only hits zombies unless cleaved, a white spell that only hits vampires unless cleaved, etc.)
Odd Repulse variant, for the equally odd scenario that Werewolves are good in Limited. Great art, though.

Agreed, what would have made this a more interesting card would have been to make the Cleave cost U and put the "draw a card" effect in the brackets.
As it is, it's a junk uncommon at this point with Werewolf tribal just not that strong to warrant this just in case
