Draconic Intervention 2RR
Sorcery (R)
As an additional cost to cast this spell, exile an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard.
Draconic Intervention deals X damage to each non-Dragon creature, where X is the mana value of the exiled card. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.
Exile Draconic Intervention.
Ardent Dustspeaker 4R
Creature - Minotaur Shaman (U)
Whenever Ardent Dustspeaker attacks, you may put an instant or sorcery card from graveyard to the bottom of your library. If you do, exile top two cards of your library. Until end of turn, you may play those cards.

We've seen endless way to dump instants and sorceries in the graveyard these past few days. Here are even more things to do with them.
Well i have to say, thx wotc to listen to our "we want more non human humanoid representation" set looks great soo far, hope we get a Rhox or loxodon walker someday.
I like both cards.
the creature is replacing itself in limited quite easily.
the wrath is very good in a spellsling deck that has some key creatures.... you'll be very likely to keep your creatures alive while wiping everything else or just wipe out everything when needed.
a little clunky because of the extra cost, but also very flexible in the right deck.
and will trigger "leaves graveyard" stuff which seems to be a theme.... so, nice stuff.
