I was certain a blanket "+1/+1 to all your creatures" already existed for 1W, but forgot that Honor of the Pure was only your white creatures. And Glorious Anthem itself has never been directly bested. So this nicely fills those gaps and fixes Shared Triumph.
In EDH, I don't think my mardu vampires deck wants this - there are enough vampire lords already. But this will definitely have a home in some decks.

That said, I think this and Shared Triumph are both great for dwarf-vehicle decks. Think we might see Unicycle here?
