I really like the new white cards that Cold Storage large amounts of cards, and Livio is interesting in that regard. Sure, he can stash away your permanents or "blink" them, but you can also leverage politics by saving other people's stuff, or just acting as a commander eject button. Note that you don't lose any of the creatures exiled by Livio if he dies. Also, Kor Cartographer is a $6 foil, and Ninth Bridge Patrol is... there.
Oh his abilities doesn't include the standard white "Only as sorcery speed" rule. That's nice. He could be used as flicker commander by exiling some creatures in the endstep of somebody else turn or as reaction to some removal/blocking stuff and after that you could return the creature on your turn when you have your lands untapped or even on somebody else turn to keep them more protective. More often as response to some removal targeting him. Good he has partner. Whites ETBs are often a little underwhelming, outside from some artifact/enchantment destruction.
Livio is going to see many broken combinations returning to the battlefield under his watch, methinks. Brisela, Voice of Nightmares is just the tip of the iceberg.

I can't follow you. Is there a combo? I think when you choose Brisela than the two separate parts will come back and they would meld in your next end step again? But this would keep you open to all the 3 mana cost cards blocked by Brisela? Bruna, the Fading Light would not return anything because she has a cast trigger not ETB. I clearly missing something here or this is working differently than expected.

which you can also exile to then return both halves during your end step where they meld.
the moment i saw a 2 mana legendary human night i was so happy... it has the 3 card types i want for my marchesa deck and than i start reading the abilities...
the 1st... okay, this can come in handy, i could save some creatures when i can get them back
than the 2nd.. oh its a tapped ability. so no boardwipe safety, just spot removal or combat trades... sooooo bad

Divinity counter are from Kamigawa and make stuff indestructible there
Divinity counters don't do anything. Every card that interacts with them has an ability that grants indestructible if they have a divinity counter. If your That Which Was Taken gets blown up, your creatures are quite destructible.
