Hm. Nice to see we're getting some flash payoffs in Black. Don't think it'll amount to anything meaningful though, it'll be quite minor.

I don't understand this penchant Wizards has for making 3/2s, especially in color pairings like this that don't want to be aggressive. You want something like this to stick around instead of being Red instant target practice.

Shame about the 2 toughness making it die to most things--this guy buddies up well with Snapcaster Mage, Vendilion Clique, Spell Queller, and friends otherwise. Would it be any good in Faeries as a wonky draw engine with Flash?

This guy gives you sizeable value just by casting one other spell. It's one of those "must-deal-whit-it-immediately" type of threat and the fact that you're playing this at instant speed 99% of the time, it can be quite tricky.
The card's absolutely nuts.

This feels really good. I think if Mutate doesn't become a thing, maybe Sultai Flash will.

I keep looking at this card and wondering if I should build that Sygg, River Cutthroat idea or switch to Wyden because this is cool, I want to play it, and it slots into a Wyden, the Biting Gale flash deck real well.

This card is way more Blue than Black.
Shoulda been UUB but it hardly matters.
