You can get infinite deaths with Kaya's Ghostform in standard or Reanimate Dead type cards in older formats. Probably too expensive for general reanimation strats with Omniscience or the like, but maybe some janky shenanigans with the new 3 drop escape card that can sac a creature to scry 1.
Finaly some Archon love. In Theros 1 they created that blurb of Evil Archons that once ruled Theros and enslaved the leonin... They reinforced it by printing a legendary couple that won the war against the Archons(commander 2016 or 2015 idk)...
Now on Theros 2.0 they are creating that Titans hype... But where are the legendary Archons that died long ago? Aren't we in Theros' Underworld? It was about time lol.
The card is good overall not a staple in older formats but good for limited and maybe standard, maybe can ever see play in standard (with doom foretold).
Isn't there a white aura that returns the creature to the battlefield when it dies? Or is is Golgari?
Just sac this, bring back the Aura, sac again, repeat...could be casual ok.
Art is pretty ok? I'm a fan of going off the rails a bit now and then, and this is doing so in spades.
