Feels similar to Bedlam Reveler in some ways, in that the decks that want this are most likely only going to pay for the escape cost and not it’s normal casting cost. Maybe mono red Arclight Phoenix in standard might want one or two copies of this as extra discard fodder.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

Are poop mythic of the set easily you have to exile 8 cards to get that alternate cost better be tons of stuff to bring stuff to your yard in the set

I don’t think it’ll be a dredge staple but it’s worth testing at least
