Nice poster. Ahem. It would be nice if we could get art like this on cards instead of only allowing Seb McKinnon to do anything cool. (At least we've got him.)
It is a period of interplanar war. The Elder Dragon
Nicol Bolas has invaded the city-plane of Ravnica
with an army of undead troopers called "Eternals",
transported by Tezzeret's Planar Bridge and lead
by the enslaved planeswalker Liliana Vess.
Bolas has lured countless planeswalkers, including
the heroic Gatewatch, to Ravnica and trapped them
there with the Immortal Sun in order to harvest
their planeswalker sparks with the Elderspell
and become a godlike entity as the planeswalkers
of old once were.
Gideon Jura, hero of Gatewatch, wields the fell sword
Blackblade, procured from the depths of the Demonlord
Belzenlok's Stronghold on Dominaria with the aid of
Chandra Nalaar and Liliana Vess. Gideon hopes that
the Blackblade will allow him to end Bolas's reign
of cruelty once and for all.
Jace Beleren, the Living Guildpact, coordinates the
Guilds and Gatewatch in Ravnica's defense and must
remove the memory seal placed on Vraska, Queen of
the Golgari, even while she attempts to kill him.
Chandra Nalaar faces off against her nemesis Dovin Baan,
who serves Bolas from the heart of the Azorius Senate,

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

My comment was more in the direction of Fist of Suns into Bone to Ash.
