Oh my, how spicy. Not hitting CMC 0 (easily) is a shame, but even firing it off on 1 can inflict serious damage to some modern decks. Being a land makes this card much more flexible than Ratchet Bomb, too.
I'm really not sure how to evaluate this card. Removal that comes on a land that enters the battlefield untapped seems pretty playable and since it ETB untapped the cost to slot this card isn't too high. That said there are other colorless lands that don't see much play atm (lookin at you Arch of Orazca) and this is a multicolored block. Maybe Wilderness Reclamation decks can make use of it?
This seems like a really dangerous card for multiple formats. Any time a land has only the drawback of colorless mana but serves as a mana dump that can produce card advantage or answer threats, you have to be wary. Wizards has usually stayed very timid on it, either trading 1:1 or having a very high cost like blighted cataract or arch of orazca. The opportunity cost of running engineered explosives or ratchet bomb is being down a card- this is a land. But this card is efficient enough that it can serve as a pseudo-sweeper as early as turn 4 to wipe 1 or 2 drops. That's a whole lot of hate against aggro from a land slot.
I feel like development might have prided themselves on avoiding it being oppressive for killing tokens or mox, and jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire by making it efficient enough to answer threats and produce card advantage with small investments. The very fact that you can topdeck this lategame when you have 10 lands already, and the next turn you'll be able to kill your choice of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 drops- that's so much better than ratchet bomb, and yet all it cost you in deckbuilding was mana fixing.
I'll buy 15 of these and start playing more constructed format just to get to play them

Interesting that it enters with a counter already, did they do that to make it dodge tokens or was it so that it plays nicely with proliferate? Perhaps both?
Also interesting to note, if your opponent plays this and then activates the xxt ability to answer your bomb permanent, if you can proliferate just once before they untap it makes the land pretty much useless unless they have a way to remove a counter.
I can honestly see this being a one of in a lot of decks main, with some sideboard as well. Like you'd never play Ratchet Bomb in your main, but in a land it's tempting to run one, at the cost of mana fixing, but having an answer to the potential unknown seems legit.
My EldraziTron deck is getting some toys this set.

Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Engineered Explosives or Ratchet Bomb, but slower and on land? Probably going to be a land that spikes hard in price and be a $30 card until reprinted.

Seriously, Lana.
EDIT: I guess the English version could be called that. Seems unlikely, though.
Well....according to the number crunch this comes BEFORE Emergence zone so explosion zone would NOT work. I’m italicizing it as Danger zone.

In before its Demolition Zone just to be close, but barely mess it up.
I think this is going to be a fun tool in Standard, and also gives me more to do in my colorless commander decks.
Also interesting to note, if your opponent plays this and then activates the xxt ability to answer your bomb permanent, if you can proliferate just once before they untap it makes the land pretty much useless unless they have a way to remove a counter.
Dredge - Answer to Grafdigger's Cage and Relic of Progenitus.
Eldrazi Tron, Tron - With Expedition Map easy to find.
Boogles - Absolutely hosed on one counter.
Lantern - Another threat they must avoid on one counter.
Legacy an answer against Delver of Secrets and even True-Name Nemesis which is normally impossible to get rid of for some decks.
