She'll work well in an Izzet Drakes or Wizards tribal build alongside Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor and Ral, Storm Conduit. Her static ability doesn't seem all that great until you factor in all the card draw available in Standard. May be more a sideboard hate card instead of the maindeck.

A semi-Howling Mine that let's YOU only draw certain cards that definitely has some Scry-type effect. Quite effective and a one-off since there's a LOT of cantrip cards in standard and definitely douses the fun for the enemy

That hoser is decent against quite a few combo decks in Modern and up that cannot attack her profitably, even post-board (although Legacy's Storm variants can sculpt hands that ignore her and OHKO, they'll take a while to do so because all their cantrips now incur card disadvantage).
It's not that good a sign for her hoser when Spirit of the Labyrinth pretty much doesn't see play in Modern or Legacy, though.
I suspect she'll only earn her slot in metas that let her -2 twice.
...Or she might sneak into Bolas's Citadel decks in Standard because of the ability to delay the -2 to whenever you want.
I wonder if this card will last in Commander or not. It is less fetchable than Leovold overall, but at 3 mana is still pretty oppen to just oppress people.
Seems like it also has some Modern potential.

It's basically an extra Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin while preventing your opponent extra resources. Decent cost to play too, so nothing wrong with this. Will probably see some play.

Not few planeswalker designs this time seem to be well-suited for Best-of-1 matches, being hoser enchantments that through their loyalty ability add effects that are more generally useful. The design constratints of Arena and a planeswalker set come together quite harmoniously here.

She seems really, really powerful in more competitive EDH metas. The fact that her -2 searches 4 deep for the cards you want to play with her (Wheel of Fortune effects) is extremely relevant.
At worst, she is a one-sided Chains of Mephistopheles for 1UU that replaces herself. That's still really good.
I do think she requires a UBRx shell to make good use of her (for Fire Covenant, Toxic Deluge, tutors, and Wheel of Fortune). And she is much less powerful in more creature-heavy metas.
