Not really. Tokens names are their creature type (unless otherwise specified), and Hidden Agenda requires you to name a Magic CARD, so the only tokens you can name are those that share names with Magic cards (currently, only Splinter and Illusion, I believe).
In short, no.

DCI Level 2 Judge
If your question is "What would a judge do is this situation?", only one person's answer is relevant, and that is the Head Judge at your event. I can quote the rules, but I don't know your HJ.
If you find a token that has an exact name as an existing card, then yes. You cannot, however, name e.g. "Zombie", because no such card exists. It would work with Assembly-Worker, because that is a card as well as Urza's Factory token. Same for the FS cycle of token-making spellshapers, or Illusion tokens and Illusion/Reality.

Can you use this in edh? Asking because I have a Prossh commander deck, and I coukd name "kobold of kher keep" and since Prossh brings them in, you could create infinite zombies. Just use food chain, Sac Prossh and two kobolds to keep the supply coming, then sacrifice the extra kobold for their cmc+1, which is 1 black mana. Each 0/1 kobold would die, and pay for themselves to become 2/2 zombies.

I could see that fitting but they probably wanted to have a hidden agenda for each colour
Looks like we're being pushed to take 5 copies of the same creature again.

Nope, you have to name a card, tokens won't work as they aren't a card.
Modern: UB Zombie hunt UB - WR Boros tokens WR - BGW Treefolk tribal BGW
Commander: UR Mizzix, a Storm of spells UR (Decklist)

It of course works with tokens that are copies of the named card, like any other "dies" effect with tokens.
Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
when ever a Rat token does die, pay B to get a Zombie token.
Cool if you can add a booster with Pack Rat to Conspiracy draft.
It would be very interesting to see if it would be as format-warping in a MP draft format...
It would boil down to this: Is there a player playing pack rat? If yes, kill him first.
right thanks! im a bit distant from mtg so iv forgotten some of the rules.. ,shame, shame, shame
