As far as the Rumor Mill staff can tell, this spoiler is legitimate, but as always with unofficial information it is not confirmed until spoiled through official channels and there is a chance it is incorrect.

Destroy all creatures and planeswalkers. If it's your turn, scry 2.
That's... pricey.
Instant Speed Wraths are very few and far between,
but is this really worth 7 mana?
At least with Rout, there is the option to cast it cheaper.

Hello, near functional reprint of Rout. I love instant speed board wipes.
While I agree that instant speed board wipes are great, this is no Rout. Rout has a lot more flexibility and can be cast turn 5 - this can't.

Standard doesn't want this and modern wont tough a card with that mana cost unless it can be reanimated. But who cares? standard and modern are so win win win sentrick that it seems like the only way to please them is to cram random 1 drops and 2 drops with 5 good ability's so mhe.
EDH will find a home for it if not for just the 'and planswalkers' aspect of the card. Instant speed wrath though thats just gravy!
scry 2 loses something on 7 mana cards unfortunately but hey sometimes youll need that scry and be able to get it so overall i like the card

I find the slow pace games fun so if im not playing EDH im going Control. Unless I'm actually trying to win and not have fun then i go super hyper agro
EDH Decks I run RL.
UW :: Ephara, God of the Polis :: Permanent based control :: UW RWB :: Tariel Reckoner of Souls :: Big Dudes and random reanimation :: RWB UB :: Grimgrin, Corpse-Born :: ZOMBIES! :: UB BRG :: Xira Bug ***** :: CREATURES :: BRG
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Well, it's instant. So, that's cool at least. Way too expensive to see a lot of play though, but who knows? It's not too terribly uncommon for standard games these days to make it to turn seven. Sometimes. Unless red or a well-tempo'd Master of Waves is involved.
Like with the buy-a-box promo, the Scry here feels tacked on. It's actually fairly pointless, since the one thing it has going for it is the fact it's an instant. Otherwise, its better just to stick with Supreme Verdict.
what deck wants to play this? i thought planeswalker control decks were the ones to play expensive boardwipes
Eh, maybe, if you're not running blue and going straight Orzhov control, this would suite your needs better than Merciless Eviction or Planar Cleansing. It does cost one more than either of those, but it's an instant, which can be a huge difference. The issue would be that a lot of white decks right now that aren't including blue rely on speed, so a 7 CMC board wipe is way to spendy to want to main deck, I'll give you that.
I'm not saying any of those decks would run this, but they may be the ones to consider it. If you're in Esper or America it's almost always going to be better to just stick with Supreme Verdict, which at only 4 CMC is still going to be better even if it is at sorcery speed.

The cycle is all "Fated X", apparently.

If it somehow got rid of Underworld Connections without also killing Detention Spheres, that would have been interesting.

It's too high to see much EDH play too, honestly.

Not every EDH game ends on 4...
OT: I can see it in EDH, but only control can afford this card, and it seems to go against their gameplan.

It's pretty nifty and certainly not amazing or anything but I like that it's an instant-speed wrath

I'm impressed that is the first thing you think of.
