from the italian site magicfirends:
Goblin Scrapper* 2R (U)
Creature - Goblin Berserker Creatures you control have haste and attack every combat phase, if they can. "Don't let him lead soldiers, but let him go ahead." 2/2
We don't know if some rules are changed, but the wording "each turn if able" has been replaced with "every combat phase". Maybe it's only a translation error.
That is definitely a card. I'm expecting large debates about 4-5 drops without haste becoming viable now.
Compare to Fervor at the same cost. Is a 2/2 body worth the vulnerability of being a 2-toughness creature and requirement that you must always attack with everything?
Now this is actually a tough card to evaluate, unlike some others. Massive boost. Massive drawback. Can you make something that uses the former to great benefit and brushes off the latter? Tough to say.

I forgot that card was standard. Guess not as fun as i had originally guessed. Though it could still be good for sealed or draft.

I think it's playable, a 2/2 body does mean a lot in decks that want haste. 2/2 body is definitely better than being an enchantment. I do suspect that people are going to over value it and use it as justification for running weak 4-5 drops.
Playable battalion cards, Hellrider, just getting 4 damage, are all reasons why the 2/2 body makes it playable over Fervor. Fervor's problem is that it can be a do nothing and is useless in multiples. A hasted 2/2 removes a bit of the do-nothingness aspect. The question is going to be whether Lightning Mauler is just better than this, though.
An aggressive deck don't want to play a Fervor turn 3 that does nothing on that turn. But it might want to play this dude that can actually attack for 2 the same turn. It all depends on the meta I guess, the option to stay home could be crucial if the opponent has a 5/3 out

Or a 3/4, 2/3 deathtouch, or even a 2/2 token. Being forced to attack seems real bad in this Standard.
It also has an advantage in this block, compared to fervor. It enables the turn he comes out battalion, and enables your creatures with the ability to attack the turn they come, which is definetly not bad at all.

The Father of Machines will free these creatures from the shackles of their imperfect flesh. All glory to Phyrexia!
Man, you'd have to be super agressive to want this card. Still Boros looks like it wants to be quick in limited and Gruul could have an agressive build that uses this guy too. People won't want to play him often but he could dangerous to underestimate.
and another weak card..... untill now this set really seems terribly weak... there is not a single card besides "skullcrack" which will have a real impact on standard... besides the shocks lol...

a) It's an uncommon. Did you expect it to be better than a rare?
To be fair, most cards are better than fervor. That card is not very good as it does nothing on its own and actually quite little even when you have the dudes to play with it
An upside coupled with a bad downside on a stick. Remember, when talking about design in 2012, Maro said an initial thought of Unleash was to have the upside (+1) counter coupled with the downside of Red (attacks every turn). Then he explained they feel they don't like the downside of players being forced to do silly things with their creatures,s o they chose the black downside instead (can't block).
This is how I see this card. If I'm aggressive, I may want to attack with my best creatures anyway, without having my dorks impale themselves on unnecessary attacks. If I want to sacrifice dorks to enable batallion, I'd do so anyway. So I don't see the whole point of that card, but I guess it has a purpose and sets need to have a bit of everything.

With less than half the set spoiled too.. Be patient. There are plenty of constructed viable cards in this set, they just don't fit into current decks. Once the pros come up with something you'll be singing this sets praises.
I wish my 4/4s with haste and first strike that acted as Goblin Warchiefs were better and didn't die to instants and overshadowed all other 4 drops in the format. And that they had evasion too, and some way to dodge wrath effects.
