WOW! Dat ninja! The original spoiler said it could cast an instant or sorcery, but this can cast any spell!!! An awesome ninja that will be riding ornithopters in my ninja deck soon!

Not that big a fan of the Oni Ninja. I mean, an Oni Ninja is a pretty cool thing, and the art is great. But I just can't help comparing it to Mindleech Mass, which has a very similar mana cost but has its own evasion ability rather than being dependent on Ninjutsu or other outside assistance to connect with your opponents.
Takenuma was built for the Ninja deck, obviously. It irritates me a bit that such a black-aligned location has such a blue effect.
Mongseng... the description sounds like it could be Sarkhan's home plane, maybe? It's clearly in the Devour deck. Its main effect is going to be a lot of fun, oh yes indeed... my very first thought was of an army of Ruhans marching across the table, before realizing the ability wouldn't work with a legendary creature. Bummer. It is interesting that you can pick and choose which opponents get tokens attacking them. Opportunities for politics, gotta have them.
I don't want to play with Reality Shaping any more than I want to play with Blue Braids or Hypergenesis. Sure, everyone dropping huge stuff onto the table at once might sound fun, but it's likely to get old pretty quickly when games either end very quickly or stagnate because no one wants to break the resulting cold war. Not my cup of tea.
Aretopolis and Naar Isle are probably the lamest pair of planes to combine with Spatial Merging. I'm glad it has a built-in kill switch to keep it from delaying kills indefinitely as long as no one rolls away from it.
The better image of Stairs to Infinity is great, I couldn't see before that there are so many people walking around in there! I assumed it was just one or two for size comparison, exploring some ancient and mysterious ruin, but the place is bustling with activity. I wouldn't expect such a location to be a major traveling destination, but there you are.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
Well we got the ninja... just a shame the 'rumor' about it's cost and ability was true.

Brian Tinsman, Set Designer :?mana::snow::snow:
Legendary Creature – Human Designer (MR)
Brian Tinsman, Set Designer can only be cast during the third set of a block.
When Brian Tinsman, Set Designer enters the battlefield, ignore all flavor and mechanics of the first two sets in the block. "Ok so what do we have here... gothic horror? Scrap it. Expand the Devine Vs. Demonic duel deck to 244 cards and print it!"

Here's Aretopolis, since the image isn't working on the page:

Foothills is amusing. Very amusing. Reality shaping is also my kind of thing.
I can't imagine what deck Takenuma is in.
My H/W list
It was spoiled as a Legendary, which clearly isn't the case.
- Main Cube
- No Brains, All Feelings Cube
(U/B)(U/B)(U/B) JUMP IN THE LINE, ROCK YOUR BODY IN TIME
(R/W)(R/W)(R/W) RISING FROM THE NEON GLOOM, SHINING LIKE A CRAZY MOON
(U/R)(R/G)(G/U) STEALIN' WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUYIN'
Also finding this Mongseng interesting, looks like it could be inspired by China or Mongolia...
And I really like the ninja.
Oh thank God, I thought it was just me.

Probably because it's a promo.

I guess they didn't want to deal with the "How does Ninjitsu work with the command zone?"
Because it's a promo, most likely.
