Mostly limited stuff, and set filler, but I think Concerted Effort is better than it first looks. It only affects YOUR creatures, and you get the effect EVERY upkeep (even your opponent's upkeeps). So effectively all your creatures always have all abilities of all your other creatures. And mass vigilance is definitely powerful in convoke decks, we've seen. Not to mention you could have some broken armies of unblockable doublestrikers.
Too bad Concerted Effort won't be in the same T2 as Skyhunter Skirmisher =/.

Concerted Effort is a Johnny's best friend, so is the second ability of Tidewater Minion. Imagine the little Boros Doubler with Concerted Effort. My Johnny senses are tingling.
Concerted Effort has real potential in a WW deck. Paladin en-Vec and Veteran Cavalier just became a lot better. Also, Flight of Fancy isn't too bad if your deck uses blue for draw power and, say, green for big creatures and acceleration.
UNTAPPED unblockable flying doublestrikers. Just add that courier hawk. I'm sorry to say that some of these cards I might actually use, even though the CC's high for it. Quickchange is going to be sideboarded against radiance, I'm sure, since it's such a hoser. Other than that, there better be a great spell with 6cc to get with the transmute from the Ethereal Usher.
Well, at least two cards are very nice: Indentured Oaf and especially Concerted Effort. As somebody has said, with this on board, the tiny Boros doublestriker immediately become the most loved child in the class :D.

Flight of Fancy= Inspiration - instant + flight. Again, wizards pushing local enchantments by giving them card advantage.
Concerted effort: Wow. Assuming this comes down 4th turn in white/red agro, you could have something like 1: isamaru 2: courier hawk 3: boros legionaire. (optional other savana lions/1mana creature) 4: concerted effort, attack for 12+ power of flying, vigilance, doublestrike creatures!
Concerted effort is just sick.
Turn 1: Land, Suntail hawk
Turn 2: Land, Boros swiftblade
Turn 3: Land, Suntail hawk, That new vigilance bird
Turn 4: Land, This -> everyone just got vigilance, flying and double strike -> boom you are dead.

Actually, this wont come into effect till the opponent's turn after you play it. It works from the upkeep forward.....

This guy's really good in limited... and because he's a 4/3 in constructed he's actually playable. Preventing Damage to Red Creatures is negligible if you are going up any non red deck obviously. He's playable in constructed but that doesn't mean he'll be played. He's pretty vanilla. I mean... we didn't play Kami of the Tended Garden and that has a lot more going for it.

Hah! Restricted in T1. Lol. I'll transmute and go get Bargain or Time Spiral. The card itself seems really bad. 2/3s for 6 often are. If I get this in a pack I hope it sends my left wing a signal to go blue... and bad blue.

Heh. This is pretty good in a green white or a red white deck. Green White lets you give everything trample and protection from black, flying, and first strike. I think it actually has the most potential in White black though. Mix black hand with White Weenie throw in a Nezumi Cutthroat for fun and you have Flying, Fear Pro White, Pro Black doods. Block me Ornithopter!! It also obviously looks good for White Red. But y'all have already said all that.

6 drop 4/3 meh. However because its not a tap ability and it's not at sorcery speed that will be a high high pick in limited. Hopefully your first pick is Putrefy and your second pick is this But... chances are your opponent won't pass this guy to you because he's a bomb in limited to begin with.
I can see ww decks actually taking out an anthem or 2 for this - giving all their creatures flying seems like a strong play - not to mention vigalence, first strike (ewww...) or protection.
Seems like a good card - we shall see.

I like some of this stuff, and the blue aura is definately playable in limited. The key, of course, is finding a way to replay it.

The Drooling Gooberizer or whatever looks like it could be really sick in the rock. Turns all of those wood elves, carven caryatids, and other such creatures into removal and self-pumpage, much in the way Phyrexian Plaguelord did in the old rock deck. Sure, it requires a bit more mana commitment, but it could definitely see play.

Hmm...the Akroma Avatar will like that on MTGO. I really don't see WW playing it. Sure, it's powerful, but it's 4 mana (sometimes a challenge when you're running 20-22 lands w/o any form of card or mana accel). Maybe in a block WW deck, but Anthem starts working 2 turns before this (it's cheaper and this doesn't start until the turn AFTER you dump it).
Usher is gimp when hardcast, and transmutes for 6-mana stuff; but as a spirit, it is easy to soulshift (or any other form of Raise Dead effects). Rather narrow tutor, but potentially reusable tutor nonetheless.
Agree on the rest, some potential/some filler.

You are right about the recursiveness. I don't know what you are searching for in Blue Green but I mean... it could get used.
Soulshift is the ONLY reason this guy is good. And soulshift isn't good yet. So this guy's not good.
However if there's some 6 drop bomb you want or... several.... then this guy isn't terrible. But... I mean how many 6 drops do you need? Especially when one of the best things to get that costs 6 is Godo which gets Tatsumasa. I'd rather Time of Need for that. Need to have more things that cost 6 that we "can't play without"
