I would guess that the Legendary land is the LoA Remake?
To me it seems that the Artifact is closer to it than the land.
But these are great cards to find out about, Thank you

He could just be lieing but I doubt it as a faker would make it better than this. This just shows how broken the Library was. Well thank you Source!
Don't worry - I can quite assure you that this individual is genuine in his information.
As for the cards, the land is decent, and I'm sure there may be future uses for it, but the artifact seems subpar, in my humble opinion.
Lightning Edit - It's 11 PM here, so I'm going to bed (getting dragged to garage sales in the morning). If anyone else happens to get new info, or something needs added to the spoiler and neither RE or Belgareth is on, just send me a PM or e-mail (it's in my profile) and I'll take care of it bright and early in the morning before I leave.
The artifact is good enough to see play in muc. The land is great with the "as long as you have more cards than your opponents in hand"cards. If you already have hand advantage this will maintain it. I will get some of dat land/artifact for my type1 casual decks and heck, maybe I will make a block deck or two.
BTW-Should I get 1.5 boosterboxes of this set or should I get 2???

I can confirm the info, at least to the extent that I also got this info from the source, and believe him to be accurate and honest.
The artifact seems quite powerful in control decks. If you're the player who draws, you can play this turn 2, then untap and draw on turn 3, activate the artifact to draw a card, lay a land, say go. It's a little slow, but what it basically is, is "you draw 2 cards per turn instead of one". You have to play around it in order to maintain the advantage, but the advantage is probably big enough that players will be willing to do so. I see this being tested and likely played in several formats. (Geez, saying that about a Saviors card seems odd!)
The land, being legendary, and requiring 3 mana to activate (itself and 2 more) feels weak, especially since the effect is symmetrical. However, some decks like forcing other players to draw, like ones using Underworld Dreams. And sometimes you don't care what the other player is doing, as long as you get to draw more cards. For example, with the flip creature that becomes an enchantment that counters the first spell opponents play each turn. And then there's the fact that it's uncounterable card draw, which is alright. All in all, probably playable in some situations, but probably not as powerful as the artifact.
EDIT: Also, it should be noted that the cards work fairly well TOGETHER.
It's strange that almost nobody is replying to this thread... you'd think big flashy rares like these would garner a lot of attention! People must be at FNM or something.

I think the problem is these aren't the flashy rares some people were expecting to pay homage to LoA. I personaly however was expecting somthing along these lines and the artifact i think could see play in MUC.

Oh, I see. Well here are a few lands I thought up a couple months ago which all involve card draw.
Land (R)
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
2UU, T: Target player draws a card.
Land (R)
~ comes into play tapped.
T: Add 1 to your mana pool. ~ deals 1 damage to you.
Whenever a player plays a basic land, he or she may draw a card.
Kamigawan Bazaar
Land (R)
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
T: Draw a card, then discard two cards.
And my take on an updated LoA might be something like this:
Library at Minamo Falls
Legendary Land (R)
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
1, T: Draw a card. Play this ability only if you have exactly seven cards in your hand.
Yes, that's right, it's the same as the original except you have to pay :1mana:, and it's legendary. This un-breaks it IMO.
Or:
The Library of Wisdom
Land (R)
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
T: Each player with seven or more cards in hand may draw a card.
(you can tell I don't think the way it turned out was exactly powerful by any stretch)
Blah it's not broken, because it does absolutely nothing other than that...and it costs 2 to play. And 2 to activate. It's not awful, and it's not great...it might be the best card so far out of Saviors, though.
That land is really weak. 3 mana, basically, to draw a card..but your opponent gets to draw one too. Kinda defeats the purpose.
The card that John Carter previewed today is infitely better than either of these.
My Underworld Dreams deck will definitely run a few copies of the land. Anything that can make your opponent draw with that deck helps.
Both cards should be interesting to see in limited. The format is slow enough to support holding a hand full of cards in order to keep card a two card draw a turn card advantage. Especially when you are rewarded for having more cards in your hand when you cast.

Heh they should have you design their cards. I think you might have gone a tiny bit overboard on the power level (the last one is basicly another LoA) but somthing like the first one I think would have been more along the lines of what we were looking for.

these cards seem pretty damn good to me.. the one where each player draws a card is pretty nice, and the other one with all these sweep things will get played a lot i bet
This info is from a source that wishes to remain anonymous, nevertheless, he has provided info before.
He has garaunteed to get another look early next week and get names and fill in holes in the spoiler for us as well.
So, two new cards:
"?"
Legendary Land (R?)
:symtap:: Add to your mana pool.
:2mana:, :symtap:: Each player draws a card.
?/165
"?" -
Artifact
:2mana:, :symtap:: Draw a card if you have seven or more cards in hand.

Yes... it appears to be good info? Yes? No?
We were all speculating on this for a while, now we have two remakes of Library of Alexandria.. kinda... Can't wait for more info on this one!

I suppose, but that only works when you already have a meloku on the table. IMO not worth running it.

The Land? Meh. Nothing spectacularly exciting.
