I see a cantrip Naturalize for 1GG... that's actually pretty solid. Oh wait, it has more text than I thought.
Let's wait until we have someone who speaks the language translate the cards fully, shall we?
What I do notice, is that there's a card with "shinen" in the name... so we know it's not a keyword ability. This particular one appears to have "channel", though... makes sense!
I'm at work so I can't resize the picture. Could someone make it a little more reasonable, and attach it here? Thanks.
EDIT: There's a Portuguese to English translator here. Would someone with a few minutes to spare please type in the cards text and post the full cards, in English, in one post? Any posts with incomplete or "I bet that says..." in the meantime will be deleted as spam - thanks.
I've just deleted 24 spam posts on this thread. The cards are real, but the thread is closed until someone PMs me telling me they have all the cards 100% translated and are ready to post them in this thread. Then I'll reopen it.
EDIT: Thread opened for Sagacious to post his translations. He was the first to PM me with the FULL translations of the cards. Thanks to the others who also helped translate.
Ghost-Lit is most likely a 5- card cycle for 2 rarities and there most likely another Channel cycle (so each color gets one channel card per rarity). Rare is Legendary Creature, Uncommon I have no clue, and Common has
2N (N is one of whatever color), T: Something about 2.
Channel: 3N, Discard: Same something with 4.
I'm thinking the U one could be Twiddle, as the other 2 (unsommon and draw) seem too good.

To the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure.
Well, it looks like Channel is a marked keyword like 'Gotcha'- it includes its entire rules text on the card, but has a name also. I think they said that after Gotcha, they said they would do this kind of thing again. I think they mentioned Gating as a possible example from the past that might have been given a name like this.

Ok, I really hope, that Calm interior, violent exterior is not the name of the card.

Nope, thats not the name. Calm comes up as one though.
Regardless, those cards are pretty interesting to me. I like how channel is, looks like it will be fun for limited.

Use the orb, guys. The names are pretty much all wrong. There are no hits for ´secret´, ´fantasmal´ (or phantasmal, the correct form), ´shattered´, and such... this is trickier than simply translating. I´m brazilian so I can translate the cards in a heartbeat, but they have to match the Orb. I´m sending my work to rancored_elf via PMs.
EDIT - The ´green oppressive will´ is named Inner Calm, Outer Power
It´s 'Inner Calm, Outer Power' and 'Promised Kannushi'. Both 2/1s for 3 mana with Channel are named 'Ghost-Lit something'. The red one is 'Ghost-Lit Raider' and the green is 'Ghost-lit Nourisher'. 4x Raider and 2x Nourisher in the Orb, the exact number of times the words appear in both cards.
It´s not impossible to give accurate translations when you have the Orb of Insight. Use it, guys. I am, and I´m missing only 3 words to have all the 8 cards correctly translated.
Ghost-lit Nourisher? 2G

But I had delayed on posting the images in the first place because I couldn't makes sense of the 4th instance of Arashi. orb says 3. So maybe its not discard ~this~ but "discard this card"? How was it worded for cycling in POrtuguese? (Of course if you do that then, some of the numbers go over expected in other cases)
Um, Star, while I won't say your translations aren't correct, you really can't know whether or not your translations are correct. All because the Orb might give you the hits for the names you come up with, doesn't mean your translations are correct.
It sort of makes me wish that some Japanese cards would be posted, so I could translate them. Given the nature of the set, I think those would be more easily translated.

looks like we found some cool limited cards. triple saviours draft is going to be weird!!! its good to finally see what some of the abilites are and what the set is going to be based on. I'd like to see some of the multi-colour cards though. OH well. Thanks for the translations guys!

Well there´s only a handful of possibilities for each word. Most of the time the orb scratches all but one, so there you go. Sometimes it scratches all, and then we have to look for a more distant synonym.
The tricky part is the cards´ names, and that only. The rules text is pretty easy to translate. I´m brazilian and I´ve been playing this game for eight years, go figure. Also, I´m supporting my translations with translators and the Orb, so the odds that my translations are off are very low.
What bugs me now is the 3x Arashi in the orb, while the portuguese version mentions it 4 times. I don´t know how the card could be worded in english, based in what we have and removing one instance of Arashi...
Why would it be easier to translate japanese cards? The japanese words aren´t translated in the english versions. We have kami, kannushi, garami, etc, etc... it´s the nouns that are difficult to translate, the ordinary words, specially the ones in the card´s name.

Again I ask can anyone find a picture of a Portuguese card with cycling? It maybe "discard this card" as reminder text or something as opposed to the actual name (like cycling is in english). Of course, that'd mean all the happily fitted words for the other cards go away (but I"ll still feel better)

The reminder text is 'discard this card' yes. It doesn´t mention the name of the card, but there´s a name to the mechanic. Cycling was translated 'revezar' in Urza´s block but in Onslaught it was translated 'reciclar'. Go figure...
The tricky part is that Channel doesn´t have reminder text. It tells you what to do, there are no italized words. We had cards with simply ´Reciclar 2´ and nothing else, but I doubt Channel works the same way.

Then I"d then to assume it's more like:
Arashi, (the Sky Asunder?)
Legendary Creature - Spirit (R)
XG, T: Arashi, <the Sky Asunder> deals X damage to target creature with flying.
Channel - XGG, discard this card: Arashi deals X damage to each creature with flying.

which would get rid of the 4 arashi problem. I see no issue with the shinen (life's roar is sufficiently like life's web etc that I kinda expect it on another card). but I have no idea what to think of the presumed Ghost-lits. they each appear one less time. so either there's an extra instance left over or its a different word.
If you look at the Portuguese versions of the cards, it always says: Channel- <cost>, Discard ~this~: ~this~ does whatever. That's why there are 4 listings for Arashi..it says it on the card 4 times :P. It doesn't have italicized reminder text or anything, it simply tells you to discard the card to activate the ability.

Yeah except the other channel cards mention themselves. Channel doesn´t have reminder text, it merely tells you what to do to use it. That´s the matter.
What I think: There´s an uncommon cycle of 'ghost-lit' guys. Each card mentions itself twice: In the name, and in the Channel cost. That gives us 10x Ghost-lit. The Orb gives us 2 more. Looking at the red Ghost-Lit, it deals damage, so the card needs to mention itself twice more (once in the tap ability and once in the resolution of the Channel ability). 12x Ghost-lit, there you go. Case closed here.
I'm already commented on this card for limited... but constructed.
with Phyrexian Altar you can create an infinite amount of come into play effects, with only two cards. You still need some other card to win, but it's fun.
I expect that this card will be played quite a lot
Can it? How? Doesn't soulshift only target spirit cards? I think they made it a Human Druid thinking on that kind of combos.

So we still have the 4 Arashi problem?
Edit: Yeah, bugging me too. Noticed that and held off on posting for an hour to try and make sense of it. No luck. But everything else seems okay. At least as far as I can tell without actually speaking Portuguese.
Yeah, and that´s bugging me to hell. The other channel cards we have are perfecly fine, they are perfect Orb matches and the Channel text is just like that. There´s a possibility that there are 10 ghost-lit cards instead of 5, and each card has ghost-lit only in the name, except the uncommon red ghost-lit, that due to the damage ability needs to refer to itself twice. That still results in our 12x Ghost-lit appearances, but implies that Channel is worded like this:
Channel - <cost>, discard this card: <something>
Exactly how you were thinking, just like cycling. That would remove 1x Arashi and we would be gold. It´s the only explanation. I don´t have any portuguese cards with cycling to look at right now, I´ll try to find some scans online. If the portuguese versions indeed use 'discard <cardname>' instead of 'discard this card' then the wording is just like ^ and everything's fine.
EDIT - Just checked Krosan Tusker's portuguese text, and the reminder of cycling has 'discard this card'. There's no need to mention the card's name, and I believe it's tha same with Channel, and if those cards have it that way is because it was intended to. That puts we back in the 4x Arashi problem =/
Does anyone have the wording for cycling in Portuguese? Do they always name the card instead of saying "this card"?
EDIT:Most recent translations on post 58!
