As an additional cost to cast Titan's Presence, reveal a colorless creature card from your hand.
Exile target creature if its power is less than or equal to the revealed card's power.
Finally a colorless removal spell! (other than dismember, I know, I know....) Seems tailor made for shops, at least in the sideboard against creature decks

Seems terrible in shops because you need 3 mana off of non workshop lands/jewelry. That and you need a creature in hand for it to work otherwise it's a do nothing and can be a dead topdeck for that reason whereas dismember is almost always castable. Still rather just have dismember over this.

I think this has very niche applications in shops. For the fringe shop lists, like the Frobots lists that have been gaining popularty (Arcbound ravager, hangerback walkers, fewer lock pieces...) I can see this as having different downsides than other removal spells, but it still isnt the cheapest option. Maybe if metalworer makes a comback...
