The only Goblin Beltcher deck I saw was a knock of The Perfect Storm.
The deck still ran all of the components of The Perfect Storm with exception to one land being a Vocanic Island rather than having two Underground Sea and one Tropical Island. And of course cutting one card for Beltcher. I'll try and dig up the deck list I used back then. It was a lot of fun and was typically a turn one win.
EDIT: The following is the deck list I ran back in the day with a change in the Burning Wish amount.
It also lets you run less lands in the deck than you might otherwise, therefore increasing the effective power of your Charbelcher.
Exactly this.
The list I provided has 2 lands in it total. Casting one Land Grant significantly improves the chances of Goblin Charbelcher doing lethal damage to an oppenent when first activated. More so becasue the land left in the deck is a Mountain which would cause Goblin Charbelcher to do double damage.

I know how to use Land Grant, I run it in Cheerios.
The deck Void posted had 2 non-Forests when I made that post, making Grant rather useless. Since he edited it, I assume it was a typo.
Nailed it. I mistakened one Dual Land name for another.

You may need to mulligan some what aggressively with the deck. It's been a while since I played the deck, but I remember mulliganing until I had at least a no land hand with 1 Land Grant, 1 Dark Ritual, One Tutor affect and at least one Mox/Black Lotus. It takes time to learn what is optimal for an opening hand. Best of luck!
I had the idea of a D7 engine in a Belcher deck the other day, started tweaking numbers, and came up with this. AN is a very recent addition when I realized I would only be losing 1.4 life per card. I have not tested with it yet (the last version I tested was still running Death Wish of all things).
Less than 3 Burning Wish seems wrong, and Wishing for my D7's seems good, except that I don't want to essentially make them all cost 5+ mana.
Edit: Done some goldfishing with AN, and I LOVE it.
I really like these decklists, storm combo has always been my favorite style. I am wondering though, storm really seems to have dropped off the map since Lodestone Golem, Mental Misstep and Flusterstorm took over. Do these lists have the answers/ resilience to beat the decks playing these cards? Another question, if a sphere is on the table and you cast land grant, do you have to pay an extra colorless or not?
For all those running Ad Nauseam, why not run Yawgmoth's Bargain instead (or in addition)? For 1 more mana, you get to pay only 1 life per card, and you don't need to do all of it in one shot! I've comboed off with it on the goldfish a lot.
Also, this is what I'd probably make a Belcher Burning Wishboard, assuming you play Land Grant:
I considered Bargain but found the one mana to make a lot more difference than the life. I don't need to draw that many cards anyway.
Bargain in addition to AN would not work. You already have 4 and 5 cost outliers giving you sudden dings. Dropping a 6-cost into the mix would be way too much.
Tinker has been the stone-cold nuts for me. I was amazed when I looked up old Belcher lists and didn't see it. It's a fifth Belcher, lets you combo off with 6 mana, and can tutor other things as well.
That Wishboard seems fairly solid. I have considered running a few of my D7s, YawgWin, etc. to the board and running more Wishes. I am currently undecided, as this lowers the average cmc (for AN), essentially gives me 3-4 copies of those restricted goodies, and allows me game 1 access to answers; but it also adds 2 mana to each spell, which can be an awful lot.

Any more of this, and Team Troll will be more than just a name.
It's pretty basic Belcher, but the D7 engine really makes a difference. You can dig incredibly hard for what you need, and there are so many keepable hands.
I'd like more Burning Wishes, but I really don't know what to cut for them. Everything seems so important.

**** this site. I'd delete this account but that doesn't seem to be an option. The mods here are ******* useless ********s who ban people for simple ass normal words. **** them and **** this site.
My girlfriend recently Top 8'd with this list, in a local 21-person event. She did great in swiss, and even got a feature match, but Round 1 of the T8 was a blue deck that got lucky a couple times =/

That and by the time you get to your Goblin Charbelcther you also have a storm count built up for Tendrils of Agony or Mind's Desire. The deck has many ways of winning.
I'll have to try this out.. Thanks for sharing!
I'll be sure to post some results after I build & playtest it IRL
