Hate bears are the closest thing. I mean, if you're playing white weenies, there's no real reason not to splash green and include things like qasali pridemage

Splashes leave you open to Wasteland and Strip Mine damaging your game plan, no?
This plan damages your opponents ability to access mana by locking down/removing their Moxen and keeping them from being able to use their fetch lands. Backed up by Wasteland, Strip Mine, and Ghost Quarter for extra LD goodness. It wins by turning 2/X's sideways.

I would go with the G/W/maybe U builds as even with Wasteland and Strips you should be reasonable on mana as you are restricting their mana and your creatures don't cost much. Hate Bears or Fish I think is much more viable then straight "white weenie". Check tournament results, sure you can play WW, but I don't think you are going to find any top 8 lists, where as Fish and Hate Bears has had those results.
