Mmmm.... Dark Confidant plus Tombstalker just seems like bad news bears to me. I feel the same way about confidant into Force of Will or worse yet, Inkwell Leviathan.
EDIT: You're not playing blue either... and it's vintage. What gives?
The Tombstalker would be my Gamble reveal that's for sure lol. I just wanted to play something a tad different. More or less trying something new to take me away from my other archetypes for awhile...a bit risky I know without the color Blue, but I have won a few games {when this deck gets smooth draws it's pretty strong}, maybe just enough to keep me working on it though:).
I mean there's some strong synergy when you breakdown some of the creatures, and then take in consideration all that disruption I'll be imposing.
Idk,

Vindicate takes out Tez and jace, or it just adds up to your land disruption package, which is good in this type of decks IMO.
I'm not too convinced about 4x Orim's Chant, how are they performing?
Maybe play more grunts over Tombstalker to lessen your random "I lose to my own confidant" games, and concentrate the deck more to disrupting mana-base to give your creatures enough time to go all the way.
I'm wondering about the 4 Chants and 4 true believers. Are you that afraid of Storm? To me they seem like 8 cards that are dead in too many situations.
Although you only play two of each, tombstalker and jotun grunt have kind of an anti-synergy ( I wouldn't worry too much about Confidant since only the Mindcensors and Tombstalkers cost more than 2 mana. I rarely die to Confidant with Tezz and it got Fow,misdirection, fact or fiction and a robot)
I can also recommend Vindicate as it is extremely versatile and you might want to consider Gatekeeper of Malakir I am not entirely sure whether your manabase can support the triple black but he is nice against tinkered robots and oath Tidehollow Sculler neat little disruptive creature
In fish decks I prefer Swords to Plowshares over Path to Exile as it supports your mana denial plan better but I guess that might be a matter of taste
True Believer also shuts off oath or druids. Since they have to choose a TARGET player during their upkeep. I ran a deck that was similar to this a while back it didn't do too well, but i only played it at two events and it may have been bad luck or bad matchups
It would be horrible when I cast it on your turn...either you waste that force, or do nothing. That's how most of the situations have been playing out. The deck surely needs lots of fine tuning, and the chants might get the axe, but I surely hope the're a few members that see the disruption factor they cause.
Just a nice change from U as of late.

You also need to Balance a Ho! I also agree with glurman Dark Confidant Plus Tombstalker = very bad news bears. Unless you have the Sensei's divining top. Here is what your dredge hate need to look like. in vintage i would recommend 9-10 cards dredge hate. Playing Against dredge the SB i listed below will make you win like 110% of all post board games. Dredge hates trying to answer different multiple threats. Think about it this way. Any of those hate cards will Either stop or significantly slow a dredge player down so you don't really need all your hate cards to be the same because the only person it helps is them. It forces them to have to cabal therapy you at least twice if they don't guess the right card and if they do who cares you'll most likely have another different hate card in your hand. That and with so many different cards they will have a much more difficult time naming something. If a dredge player saw the below as your SB they would pee their pants. don't use extirpate its probably the least effective hate card. they can still beat you even if you extirpate the bridges and dread returns.

I'd go with abeyance if you want to maindeck an oath effect. while it doesn't stop your opponent from playing permanents it stops them from using the activated abilities of those permanents and it replaces itself. i've been revisiting b/w trying to make parfait viable again, failing that i tried the main engine in a black/white fish deck, no luck so far but i did learn that abeyance maindeck is better in most match-ups than chant.
some other things i have noticed in my testing. wheel of sun and moon is pretty good against dredge. Aura of silence is pretty good against almost every deck except dredge. extirpate is terrible against dredge unless you are playing combo and just need a turn or two. i like Ethersworn canonist and tidehollow sculler ...Tombstalker more often than not turns into a mana drain that loses me the game. he is good against shop though. I have found myself wishing Vindicate were an instant more times than i can count, but it is still pretty good. Umezawa's jitte should probably be an auto include at the very least in the board, sword of fire and ice has also worked out well situationally.
this is what i have built currently, it's far from perfect and like i said no luck so far making it something i'd take to a tournament over my curent deck.
Any idea's or comments are welcome for this concept,

What do you think about cards like Vindicate or Sinkhole?
