Oh I agree it's situational. I play mostly combo decks and Energy Flux is garbage as far as sideboard options go for those decks. I will board in Hurkyl's Recall, Rebuild and even extra basics before I'd resort Energy Flux. It's a slow card and Stax has tons of mana, not just from Workshops. Even if you get a few artifacts to the graveyard, they just pick the ones that are most beneficial for them to weld back in.

I'll disagree with you again on this. Of course you know I play Ad Nauseam, and getting an Energy Flux down early games 2 and 3 is definitely my plan.
Of course Hurkyl's can win you the game EOT, but having the mana to cast it is doubtful. If I have a hand where T1-2 Energy Flux is possible, I'm keeping that hand.
I sideboard in both Hurkyl's and Fluxes.
I started a thread that didn't even get a reply called Oo-Goyf, but that didn't bother me........it has been what's driving me to surge these decks into something monsterious!.....and I've, and considering everyone has a opinion {some will really like this over the old version of darktheft, some will boo me to hell} either way I had tyson like K.O.'s lastnite............the one's were teeth weren't involved!
