Hidden Herd is pretty weak. There are few enchantments in T1, and those that _do_ exist will kill you faster than even 4 3/3s can. For example:Oath of Druids
If you're going to use granger guildmage might as well use Grim Lavamancer.
What's mulch for? If you plan on using it to fill your graveyard (for use with regworth?), maybe a dredge spell would be better? Not like you're going to hit a lot of lands with it... or have the mana to cast a 2cc spell. If you want to reach threshold, there are other spells to do it (check out the various UG threshold decks).
Believe me when I say that 4 colored mana producing lands is not nearly enough. I see you alternate-cast land grant and you do not have any other land in hand I will FoW it.
12 of your "creatures" just sit and do nothing while your opponent just draws cards and plays land. Wearbear, mongoose, and scavenger folk in this deck are nothing more than 1/1s for most of the game. They're just too small, and this deck doesn't reach threshold fast enough. Again, check out UG threshold decks (also know as birdsh*t).

I like scavenger folk, but Gorilla Shaman is reusable.

without the petals though this deck is seriously unbalanced =/
and i dont really have the red mana for grim or shaman (maybe shaman), especially withotu the petals.
